Ուկրաինայի հետ բանակցությունները պետք է սկսվեն Մոսկվայի ժամանակով ժամը 12:00-ին։ Այս մասին երկուշաբթի ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել է ռուսական պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Վլադիմիր Մեդինսկին։

Ավելի վաղ նա հայտնել էր, որ ուկրաինական պատվիրակության ժամանումը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ բանակցությունների համար սպասվում է մեկուկես-երկու ժամվա ընթացքում։

«Այժմ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ նրանք կժամանեն մեկուկես-երկու ժամվա ընթացքում, մենք պատրաստ ենք բանակցությունների նրանց ժամանելուց անմիջապես հետո»,- ասել է նա։

Մեդինսկին ընդգծել է, որ ռուսական կողմը «համբերատար ու հանգիստ» սպասում է ուկրաինական պատվիրակությանը։

«Մենք Բելառուսում ենք 24 ժամ, երեկ երեկոյանից մենք գտնվում ենք Ուկրաինայի հետ համաձայնեցված վայրում։ Ցավոք, ուկրաինական պատվիրակության ժամանումը մի քանի անգամ հետաձգվել է ծանր նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման պատճառով», - ասել է նա։

Մեդինսկին նշել է, որ ուկրաինական պատվիրակությունը բանակցություններին ներկայացված կլինի բավականին բարձր մակարդակով։ Ռուսաստանն իրավասու չէ Բելառուսում կայանալիք բանակցություններին բացահայտել ուկրաինական պատվիրակության կազմը, նրանք կլինեն բարձր մակարդակի ներկայացուցիչներ։

Ավելի վաղ Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև բանակցությունների հարթակը պատրաստ է:

«Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև Բելառուսում բանակցությունների հարթակը պատրաստվել է, սպասվում է պատվիրակությունների ժամանումը»,- երկուշաբթի Twitter-ում գրել է ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Անատոլի Գլազը։

Նա հավելել է, որ բելառուսական կողմը պատրաստ է ցանկացած պահի կազմակերպել գործընթացը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացման համար հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու մասին։

Հեռուստաուղերձում նա ասել էր, որ հանգամանքները «մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական և անհապաղ գործողություններ, Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին»։

Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի խոսքով, արյունահեղության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կլինի Ուկրաինայում իշխող ռեժիմի խղճի վրա։ Նա ուկրաինացի զինվորականներին կոչ է արել չկատարել ուկրաինական իշխանությունների հանցավոր հրամանները, վայր դնել զենքերն ու գնալ տուն։
