INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը կոչ դիմել է Կիևի բնակիչներին ու հայտնել, որ քաղաքի բոլոր խաղաղ բնակիչները կարող են ազատորեն լքել Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաքը Կիև-Վասիլկով մայրուղու երկայնքով․ «Այս ուղղությունը բաց է և անվտանգ», փոխանցում է «ՏԱՍՍ»-ը։
«Ուզում ենք ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերը հարվածներ են հասցնում միայն ռազմական օբյեկտներին, խաղաղ բնակչությանը ոչինչ չի սպառնում»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
Նախարարությունից հայտնում է, որ ռուսական ավիացիան օդային գերակայություն է ձեռք բերել Ուկրաինայի ողջ տարածքում։
Ռուսական ուժերը վերահսկողության տակ են վերցրել Բերդյանսկն ու Էներգոդարը, ամբողջությամբ վերահսկում են Զապորոժյեի ատոմակայանի շրջակայքը։
ԱԷԿ-ի անձնակազմը շարունակում է աշխատել օբյեկտների պահպանման և ռադիոակտիվ իրավիճակի վերահսկման ուղղությամբ։ Ռադիոակտիվ ֆոնը նորմալ է։
«Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարությունը և քաղաքի իշխանությունները, պարետային ժամ հայտարարելով, համոզում են մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչներին մնալ իրենց տներում։ Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Կիևի ռեժիմը քաղաքի բնակիչներին օգտագործում է որպես «մարդկային վահան» ազգայնականների համար, ովքեր հրետանային ստորաբաժանումներ և ռազմական տեխնիկա են տեղակայել մայրաքաղաքի բնակելի թաղամասերում։ Հայտարարվում է նաև, որ իբր մայրաքաղաքում գործում են «ռուս դիվերսանտների» խմբեր, իսկ բուն քաղաքը արգելափակված է։
Իրական իրավիճակը հետևյալն է. Կիևում տիրում են կողոպտիչների, ավազակների և ազգայնականների զինված խմբավորումներ, որոնք զենք են ստացել բնակչությանը անվերահսկելիորեն բաժանելու իշխանությունների հանցավոր որոշման արդյունքում»,-նշում են գերատեսչությունից:
