Արցախի պաշտպանը շնորհավորել է ՀՀ իր նորանշանակ գործընկերոջը
POLITICSԱրցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը շնորհավորել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանին պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ։ Ուղերձում Ստեփանյանը նշել է․
Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար այս դժվարագույն ժամանակահատվածում չափազանց կարևոր է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատությունների կողմից օպերատիվ, մարդակենտրոն և իրավունքակենտրոն գործունեությունը՝ հիմնված իրավահավասարության, անկողմնակալության, հրապարակայնության, թափանցիկության կարևորագույն սկզբունքների վրա։
Այն իրողությունները, որի պայմաններում ապրում ենք մենք Հայաստանում և Արցախում, ստիպում են առավել մեծ ջանքեր ներդնելու արտաքին գործոններից եկող՝ մասնավորապես Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանում և Արցախում ապրող մարդկանց իրավունքների համատարած խախտումների արձանագրման, միջազգային կառույցներին իրազեկելու ու դրանց դեմ պայքարելու համար։
Նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում Արցախի և Հայաստանի ՄԻՊ կառույցների միջև հաստատվել են ինստիտուցիոնալ բարձր մակարդակի հարաբերություններ, որոնք անկախ Պաշտպանների փոփոխությունից շարունակել են զարգանալ և կատարելագործվել։
Այդ համագործակցությունը լավագույնս դրսևորվել է թե՛ 2016 և 2020թթ․ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիաների ընթացքում իրականացված լայնածավալ փաստահավաք աշխատանքների ընթացքում, թե՛ առօրյա գործունեության մեջ տարաբնույթ հարցերի շուրջ կարծինքների փոխանակման և խորհրդակցությունների տեսքով։
Մարդու իրավունքների նոր պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանի մասնագիտական ու մարդկային որակները և արդյունավետ աշխատանքը նոր խթան են լինելու ձևավորված համագործակցությունը շարունակելու և փոխգործակցության նորանոր բնագավառներ ընդգրկելու համար։
