Առաջիկայում սառը պատերազմին բնորոշ բոլոր ատրիբուտները տեսնելու ենք

Ուկրաինայում կատարվող ռազմական գործողությունների ֆոնին փորձագիտական շրջանակները նշում են, թե նոր աշխարհակարգի ձևավորում է տեղի ունենում։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ գործընթացներ են աշխարհում ընթանում` միջազգայնագետը պատասխանել է. «Աշխարհակարգը դե ֆակտո վաղուց է ձևավորվել, հիմա, ըստ էության, արդեն վերջնական ավարտուն տեսքի է գալիս, վերջնականապես ձևավորվում է եռաբևեռ աշխարհը, իսկ այդ բևեռները Ռուսաստանն են, ԱՄՆ-ն ու Չինաստանը»։
Հարցին, թե արդյոք Ուկրաինական դեպքերով աշխարհակարգի ձևավորման ավարտը կտրվի` Սուրեն Սարգսյանն ասաց. «Այնպես չէ, որ կավարտվի, իհարկե, սա լինելու է շարունակական գործընթաց, բայց մենք տեսնում ենք, որ եռաբևեռ աշխարհը, որը դեռ տասը տարի առաջ կարող էր տեսական թվալ, այսօր արդեն իրականում գոյություն ունեցող փաստ է, որի հետ պետք է հաշվի նստեն աշխարհի բոլոր պետությունները»։ Անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի այն հայտարարությանը որ ՌԴ նախագահն ընտրել է կանխամտածված պատերազմը, և, որ տեղի ունեցողի միակ մեղավորը Ռուսաստանն է միջազգայնագետն ասաց. «Բնական էր, որ բացասական էին արձագանքելու, տպավորություն է, որ Ռուսաստանն ամբողջ աշխարհին դեմ է գնացել։ Բնականաբար լինելու են կոշտ արձագանքներ, պատժամիջոցներ, և նոր սառը պատերազմը կարող ենք այլևս իրողություն համարել և առաջիկայում սառը պատերազմին բնորոշ բոլոր ատրիբուտները տեսնելու ենք»։
