«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
tsargrad.tv-ն «Հայաստանի կրթության նախարարությունում այնքան են տարված արտաքին քաղաքականությամբ, որ մոռացել են երեխաներին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հանդես է եկել նոր նախաձեռնությամբ: ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը լրագրողներին հայտնել է, թե ինչ լեզուներ են սովորելու երեխաները նոր ծրագրի շրջանակներում, եթե այն իրականացվի։ Նախարարությունն առաջարկում է սովորել վրացերեն, պարսկերեն, ինչպես նաև թուրքերեն և ադրբեջաներեն:
Այդ կետը ներառված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության զարգացման մինչև 2030 թվականի պետական ծրագրում: Դումանյանը նաև հայտարարել է, որ շատ քաղաքացիներ զարմացած են ադրբեջաներենը սովորելու ծրագրից, բայց դա, ըստ նրա, ընդամենը տարածաշրջանային մշակույթին ծանոթանալու գործընթաց է և ոչ ավելին։ Ավելի վաղ այդ հարցով խոսել էր նաև փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը։ Նա նշել էր, որ պարզապես անհրաժեշտ է իմանալ հարևանների մասին։ Ընդ որում, այս տարի, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Հայաստանում երկտարեցիները շատ կլինեն։ Իրոք, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ դպրոցները խնդրել են թույլատրել անցում հեռավար ուսուցման, կառավարությունը միշտ չէ, որ ընդառաջել է նրանց։
Աշակերտների ծնողներն ու շարքային քաղաքացիները չեն հասկանում, թե ինչո՞ւ են իշխանությունները ցանկանում այդ լեզուների ուսուցումը մտցնել դպրոցներում այն դեպքում, որ այնտեղ արդեն իսկ բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կան։ «Արդյո՞ք ադրբեջաներենն ավելի կարևոր է, քան հայ գրականությունն ու լեզուն»,- իրենք իրենց հարց են տալիս քաղաքացիները։ Ըստ ամենայնի, հանրապետության իշխանությունը քաղաքացիներին նախապատրաստում է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջանի հաստատմանը։
Վերջերս նաև էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանն էր կոչ արել քաղաքացիներին պատրաստվել հայկական շուկայում թուրքական լոլիկի հայտնվելուն։ Այնուամենայնիվ, հարցը, թե ինչպե՞ս են հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները կրկին ջերմ ու վստահելի հարաբերություններ կառուցելու, մնում է բաց։ Ի վերջո, համարյա ամեն օր փոխհրաձգություններ են գրանցվում հայադրբեջանական սահմանին և արցախաադրբեջանական շփման գծում։
