• Մրցույթին կարող են մասնակցել միայն Ucom-ի ֆիքսված ծառայություններից օգտվող 16 տարեկանը լրացած բաժանորդները կամ նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները։

• Մրցույթին կարող են մասնակցել միայն իրական օգտատերերը՝ միայն մեկ անձնական հաշվով։ Կեղծ են համարվում առանց գլխավոր նկարի և այլ նկարների, առանց ընկերների, առանց հրապարակումների, միայն գովազդային հրապարակումներ կատարած և նմանատիպ օգտատերերը։

• Մրցանակը ստանալու համար հաղթող օգտատերերը պետք է ներկայացնեն անձնագիրը, որտեղ եղած գրանցման հասցեն պետք է լինի Ucom-ի ֆիքսված ծառայությունների տվյալների բազայում։

• Արդյունքները կհրապարակվեն մինչև 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում։

• Մասնակցելով մրցույթին՝ օգտատերը համաձայնվում է, որ հաղթելու դեպքում պարտավոր է տրամադրել անձնագրային տվյալերը, որոնք չներկայացնելու դեպքում հաղթանակը կչեղարկվի։

• Ucom աշխատակիցները և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները չեն կարող մասնակցել մրցույթին։

• Հաղթող օգտատերերը պետք է 24 ժամվա ընթացքում նամակ գրեն Ucom TV էջին։
