Միջազգային հանրությունը՝ կողմնակալ․ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ ունենք․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Փետրվարի 21-ից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարեց Լուգանսկի ու Դոնեցկի անկախությունը ճանաչելու մասին, եվրոպական երկրներն իրար հետեւից հայտարարություններ են անում ու հայտնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հանդեպ սանկցիաների մասին: Իրավիճակը հատկապես սրվեց փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան, երբ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն արդեն բացահայտ հայտարարեց հատուկ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու մասին: Այսինքն՝ միջազգային հանրությունը ՌԴ-ին ճանաչեց ագրեսոր եւ հայտարարում է կապերը խզելու մասին, այնինչ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում Հայաստանը նման աջակցություն չստացավ, եւ Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ նման լուրջ սանկցիաներ այդպես էլ չկիրառվեցին: Այսպիսով, ի՞նչ իրավիճակ ունենք:
Միացյալ նահանգները, Մեծ Բրիտանիան եւ Եվրամիության երկրները հայտարարել են, որ պատժամիջոցները առնչվում են ռուսաստանյան ընկերություններին, ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններին ու ֆիզիկական անձանց: Երեկ եւս ՌԴ հանդեպ պատժամիջոցների մասին նոր հայտարարություն եղավ: Ըստ այդմ, Եվրամիությունը պատժամիջոցների նոր փաթեթ է սահմանել, սակայն 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ նույն միջազգային հանրությունը չէր շտապում այդպես արագ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել կամ ագրեսոր համարել Ադրբեջանին: Այդ շրջանում միջազգային հանրության կողմից ավելի շատ երկու կողմերին զսպող հայտարարություններ էին արվում, Ադրբեջանի կամ Թուրքիայի հանդեպ շատ քիչ կառույցներ կամ երկրներ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառեցին: Օրինակ՝ Նիդեռլանդների խորհրդարանը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին հայտարարեց, թե մի շարք առաջարկություններ է ընդունել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եւ Ադրբեջանի առաջին փոխնախագահի՝ Մեհրիբան Ալիեւայի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաեւ հայտարարել է Թուրքիային զենք վաճառելու մորատորիումի մասին: ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի 50 անդամներ պահանջում են Գլոբալ Մագնիտսկու պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ»:
