Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին ուղերձով դիմել է ժողովրդին
VIDEOՈւկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին ուղերձով դիմել է ժողովրդին ու խոսել Ռուսաստանի կողմից այսպես կոչված Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունների անկախությունը ճանաչելու մասին։
«Մենք և մեր պետությունը ժամանակ չունենք պատմության երկար դասախոսությունների համար։ Անցյալի մասին չեմ խոսի. ես կխոսեմ իրողությունների և ապագայի մասին։ Իմ հետևում Ուկրաինան է՝ իր միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմաններում։ Եվ նրանք այդպես էլ կմնան։ Չնայած Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ցանկացած հայտարարություններին և գործողություններին, մենք մնում ենք հանգիստ և վստահ»,-նշել է Զելենսկին:
Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներին ու նշել, որի ուկրաինացիները խելացի և իմաստուն ազգ են․ «Մենք պատրաստ ենք եղել ամեն ինչի և վաղուց։ Բայց անքուն գիշերվա համար պատճառ չկա»։
Նախագահը հիշեցրել է, որ փետրվարի 21-ի երեկոյան Ուկրաինայի ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության խորհրդի նիստ է անցկացվել։ Ուկրաինան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վերջին գործողությունները որակում է որպես պետության ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտում։
«Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի շրջանների օկուպացված շրջանների անկախության ճանաչումը կարող է նշանակել Ռուսաստանի միակողմանի դուրս գալ Մինսկի համաձայնագրերից և անտեսել Նորմանդական շրջանակներում ընդունված որոշումները։ Սա խարխլում է խաղաղության հասնելուն ուղղված ջանքերը և ոչնչացնում գոյություն ունեցող բանակցային ձևաչափերը:
Այսօրվա և վաղվա հնարավոր որոշումներով Ռուսաստանը օրինականացնելու է իր զորքերը, որոնք փաստացի գտնվում են Դոնբասի օկուպացված տարածքներում 2014 թվականից։ Ութ տարի պատերազմին աջակցող երկիրը չի կարող խաղաղություն պահպանել, ինչպես ինքն է պնդում»,-նշել է Զելենսկին։
Նա հայտնել է, որ իրավիճակը քննարկել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի, Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցի, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջոզեֆ Բայդենի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնի, Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ։ Նախատեսում է խոսել նաև Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ։
«Մենք երբեք ձեզանից չենք թաքցնի ճշմարտությունը։ Հենց որ տեսնենք իրավիճակի փոփոխություն, հենց որ ռիսկերի աճ տեսնենք, այս ամենի մասին կիմանաք։ Հիմա քաոսային գործողությունների պատճառ չկա։ Մենք հավատարիմ ենք խաղաղ և դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով հարցի լուծմանը։ Բայց մենք մեր հողի վրա ենք։ Մենք ոչնչից և ոչ մեկից չենք վախենում։ Մենք ոչ մեկին ոչինչ պարտք չենք։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը երկուշաբթի հայտարարել է այսպես կոչված Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունների անկախության ճանաչման մասին։
Պուտինը Կիևին է մեղադրել իրավիճակը սրելու մեջ՝ ասելով, որ Ռուսաստանն արել է ամեն ինչ Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պահպանելու համար։
