2022թ. փետրվարի 18-ին, ժամը 21:10-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Բեկզադյան փողոցի նրբանցք թիվ 12 տանը անձնական անբարյացակամ հարաբերությունների հողի վրա վիճաբանություն է առաջացել նույն տան բնակիչ Գ. Պ.-ի և Մարտակերտի շրջանի Մաղավուզ գյուղի բնակիչ Յու. Ս.-ի միջև, որի ընթացքում Գ.Պ-ն իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող, ենթադրաբար ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «F1», «M-75» և «РГД-5» նռնակներից «РГД-5» տեսակի նռնակը մարտական վիճակի բերելով, դիտավորությամբ վերջինիս կյանքից ապօրինաբար զրկելու նպատակով, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով վտանգի ենթարկելով վիճաբանությունը դադարեցնելու համար միջամտած երկու այլ քաղաքացիական անձանց կյանքը, մարտական վիճակի բերված նռնակը նետել է Յու. Ս.-ի ոտքերի տակ՝ առաջացնելով պայթյուն, սակայն վերջիններիս կողմից հարակից սենյակներում թաքնվելու հետևանքով, Գ.Պ.-ի կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում, հանցագործությունը ավարտին չի հասցվել:

Արցախի դատախազության տեղեկացմամբ՝ դեպքի առթիվ 19.02.22թ. ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 33/103-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և 245-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Գ.Պ.-ն ձերբակալվել է, իրականացվում է նախաքննություն: Գործի մինչդատական քրեական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողությունը և դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացնում է Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի դատախազությունը:
