Քոչարյանը հասկացել է, որ իշխանափոխության բլից-կրիգային սցենարը սպառված է

Նախօրեին տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ, խորհրդարանական ընդդիմադիր ամենամեծ խմբակցության առաջնորդ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի մամուլի ասուլիսը, որի ժամանակ մի շարք ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ հնչեցին։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի հետ։
Հարցին, թե որո՞նք էին ասուլիսի գլխավոր մեսիջները` քաղաքագետն ասաց․ «Ասուլիսի երկու հիմնական մեսիջ կառանձնացնեմ. առաջինը առաջնորդության կարգավիճակից հրաժարումն է, այսինքն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հստակ ասաց, որ ընդդիմադիր նոր համախմբումը փողոցում պետք է տեղի ունենա ոչ թե ինչ-որ անձի իշխանություն բերելու շուրջ, այլ այս իշխանությանը հեռացնելու շուրջ: Սա հռետորաբանություն է, որը մենք չենք նկատել Քոչարյանի մոտ 2021 թվականի խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների նախընտրական ու հետընտրական փուլերում: Ըստ էության, նշանակում է, որ նա հրաժարվում է իր նախկին հավակնություններից: Երկրորդ՝ Քոչարյանի ու ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորների շեշտադրումներում էական տարբերություն կա: Հատկապես վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում, ինքներդ էլ եք նկատել, որ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության մի շարք պատգամավորներ անընդհատ գեներացնում էին դիմադրության շարժման, մոտալուտ հանրահավաքների թեման, այդ դաշինքի հետ ասոցացվող որոշ մարդիկ նույնիսկ ասում էին, որ գալու է ինչ-որ օր, որ մարդկանց կանչելու են փողոց ու էլ հետ չուղարկեն և այլն: Քոչարյանն ասուլիսում արձանագրեց, որ, իր ասած՝ մեծ զանգված առայժմ չեն կարողացել նախապատրաստել, որը պետք է լուծի իշխանափոխության խնդիր, ինչն ինքնին նշանակում է, որ Քոչարյանը, գոնե առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում, չի պատկերացնում փողոցային ակտիվ գեներացիա»: Հարցին թե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հրաժարումն ինչո՞վ եք պայմանավորում, ի՞նչը նրան «ստիպեց» առաջնորդի կարգավիճակից հրաժարվել քաղաքագետն ասաց․ « Քոչարյանը հասկացել է, որ իշխանափոխության բլից-կրիգային սցենարը սպառված է, և ավելի երկարաժամկետ օրակարգ ունեցող ընդդիմություն ձևավորելու ժամանակն է գալիս, իսկ ավելի երկարաժամկետ օրակարգ ունեցող ընդդիմության լիդեր նա չի կարող լինել իր էությամբ, արժեհամակարգով, բնավորությամբ: Նա մարդ է, որը միշտ օգտվել է ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներից, ավելի տևական, ավելի դանդաղ օրակարգի պայմաններին նա ադապտացված չէ: Ընդհանրապես, նրա մոտ պետական գործունեության փորձը, իհարկե, կա, բայց զուտ քաղաքական գործունեության փորձի պակաս Քոչարյանի մոտ միշտ էլ եղել է»:
