Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին կարծում է, որ համաշխարհային անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը փխրուն է և պահանջում է բարեփոխումներ։

«Անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը փխրուն է, այն չի աշխատում: Դա հազի օշարակ է, երբ անհրաժեշտ է կորոնավիրուսի պատվաստանյութ: <...> Ժամանակն է կառուցել անվտանգության նոր համակարգ Եվրոպայում, մինչ միլիոնավոր զոհեր, մինչ տեղի կունենա երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը», - ասվում է շաբաթ օրը Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովում: Զելենսկիի հայտարարության մեջ: 

Նախագահն ասել է, որ Ուկրաինան չի «խոնարհվի» գործընկերների օգնության համար, քանի որ կարծում է, որ դա Արևմուտքի ներդրումն է Եվրոպայի անվտանգության գործում։ Զելենսկին խնդրել է Արևմուտքին անկեղծ պատասխաններ տալ ԵՄ-ին և ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ուկրաինայի անդամակցության հեռանկարներին վերաբերող հարցերին։ Նախագահը պնդում է, որ Ուկրաինան հետևողականորեն կատարում է նորմանդական պայմանավորվածությունները և «Մինսկը»։ Զելենսկին ասել է, որ երախտապարտ է Միացյալ Նահանգներին հետախուզության համար, սակայն ընդգծել է, որ վստահում է իր հետախուզությանը։

Ուկրաինան պահանջում է ապաշրջափակել Դոնբասի շուրջ բանակցային գործընթացը, սակայն մտադիր չէ սահմանափակվել բանակցությունների միայն մեկ ձևաչափով, ասել է Զելենսկին։ Ուկրաինային անհրաժեշտ են անվտանգության երաշխիքներ աշխարհի առաջատար երկրներից, քանի դեռ նա ՆԱՏՕ-ում չէ, ասել է Զելենսկին։

Նա պնդում է, որ Ուկրաինայում խուճապ չկա:
