«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրվա իշխանությունների կողմից ամենաթմբկահարվող թեման, ինչի մասին հնարավոր բոլոր առիթներով նրանք բարձրաձայնում են, ՀՀ-ում աշխատատեղերի «աննախադեպ» աճն է և գործազրկության ոչ պակաս «աննախադեպ» կրճատումը: Այն, որ նման հայտարարությունները բացառապես քարոզչական նշանակություն ունեն, և ոչ մի աննախադեպության մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող, քանիցս բարձրաձայնել են մասնագետները:

Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունն էլ իր հերթին փաստում է, որ 2021-ի երրորդ եռամսյակում զբաղված քաղաքացիների թիվը 17 հազարով պակաս է եղել, քան 2020-ին։ Թերթի հետ զրույցում հայտնի տնտեսագետներից մեկը նշել է, որ իշխանությունների կողմից շահարկվող այն պնդումը, թե գործազրկությունը կրճատվել է, եթե նույնիսկ ճիշտ էլ լինի, դա տեղի է ունեցել ոչ թե նրա հաշվին, որ նոր աշխատատեղեր են ստեղծվել, և մարդիկ աշխատանք են գտել, այլ այն պատճառով, որ երկրում նվազել է աշխատուժի քանակը: Այսինքն, «դրական» ցուցանիշ է ներկայացվում մի թիվ, որը պայմանավորված է լուրջ արտագաղթով։ Ասենք՝ միայն 2021-ին 161 հազար ՀՀ քաղաքացի դիմել է, որպեսզի մասնակցի «Գրին քարտ»-ի խաղարկության։

Նույն 2021 թվականի առաջին 6 ամիսների տվյալներով, ՀՀ 22 հազար քաղաքացի ստացել է ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն։ Պաշտոնական տվյալներով, նախորդ տարի ՀՀ-ից հեռացել և չի վերադարձել 73500 ՀՀ քաղաքացի։ Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ նույն պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն, 2017-ին ՀՀ-ից հեռացել ու այլևս չի վերադարձել 36200 մարդ:
