FIDE Grand Prix․ Լևոն Արոնյանը պարտվեց եզրափակիչի թայ-բրեյքում
SPORTԱմերիկացի Հիկարու Նակամուրայի հաղթանակով Բեռլինում ավարտվեց FIDE Grand Prix շարքի առաջին մրցաշարը։ Եզրափակիչում Հայաստանի հավաքականի նախկին առաջատար, այժմ ԱՄՆ-ն ներկայացնող Լեւոն Արոնյանը Հիկարու Նակամուրային պարտվեց թայ-բրեյքի երկու պարտիայում՝ 0։2։ Նախորդ օրը եզրափակիչի առաջին երկու պարտիաներն ավարտվել էին ոչ ոքի։
Կիսաեզրափակիչում Լեւոն Արոնյանը երկու պարտիայում 1,5։0,5 հաշվով հաղթել էր Կուբայի նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Լենիեր Դոմինգեսին (ԱՄՆ)։
Նակամուրան դարձյալ երկու պարտիայում 1,5։0,5 հաշվով պարտության էր մատնել Հունգարիայի ներկայացուցիչ Ռիչարդ Ռապորտին։
FIDE Grand Prix շարքն աշխարհի չեմպիոնի հավակնորդների մրցաշարի ուղեգիր նվաճելու վերջին հնարավորությունն է։ Կվիճարկվի երկու ուղեգիր։ Յուրաքանչյուր շախմատիստ կմասնակցի շարքի երեք մրցաշարից երկուսին։ Մրցաշարի հաղթողը ստանում է 13 միավոր, եզրափակիչում պարտվածը՝ 10 միավոր, կիսաեզրափակիչում պարտվածները՝ 7-ական միավոր։
