ՄԱԿ-ը նշել է մարդկությանը սպառնացող հիմնական սպառնալիքները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄԱԿ-ի շրջակա միջավայրի ծրագրի (UNEP) փորձագետները մարդկությանը սպառնացող հիմնական սպառնալիքներից են անվանել ավերիչ անտառային հրդեհները և աղմուկի աղտոտվածությունը: Ըստ մասնագետների՝ այս երեւույթները շոշափելի բացասական ազդեցություն են ունենում բնության եւ մարդու առողջության վրա։ Զեկույցի տեքստը հրապարակված է կազմակերպության կայքում։
Փաստաթղթի համաձայն՝ 2002 թվականից մինչև 2016 թվականը աշխարհում տարեկան միջինը 423 միլիոն հեկտար անտառ է այրվել՝ աայդքան տարածք են զբաղեցնում ԵՄ-ի բոլոր երկրները։ Փորձագետների կարծիքով, բոլոր հրդեհների մոտ 67 տոկոսը, ներառյալ ծառերի հրդեհները, տեղի են ունենում աֆրիկյան երկրներում: Այնուամենայնիվ, UNEP-ը կանխատեսում է, որ վտանգավոր բնական աղետները տարիների ընթացքում ավելի հաճախակի կլինեն, այդ թվում՝ աշխարհի այն մասերում, որոնց համար դրանք բնորոշ չեն:
«Դա պայմանավորված է կլիմայի փոփոխությամբ, ներառյալ օդի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացմամբ ու ավելի հաճախակի երաշտով: Ռիսկի մեկ այլ գործոն է հողօգտագործման փոփոխությունը, ներառյալ մշակաբույսերի աճեցման համար կանխամտածված անտառահատումները, անասնաբուծությունը կամ քաղաքների կառուցումը», - ասվում է UNEP-ի զեկույցում:
Փորձագետները նաև նշել են, որ անտառային հրդեհների պատճառով ծառերը կարող են վերածվել ջերմոցային գազերի կուլ տվողներից դառնալ դրանց աղբյուր, իսկ բռնկումները նպաստում են ջրի աղտոտմանը, սառցադաշտերի հալմանը, օվկիանոսներում ջրիմուռների լայնածավալ ծաղկմանը և սողանքների առաջացմանը:
UNEP-ի զեկույցը նաև ուշադրություն է հրավիրել քաղաքներում աղմուկի մակարդակի վրա։ Անցանկալի երկարատև բարձր ձայները, ըստ մասնագետների, վնասակար ազդեցություն են ունենում մարդու առողջության վրա՝ հրահրում են քրոնիկ դյուրագրգռություն և քնի խանգարում, որն իր հերթին առաջացնում է սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ, հոգեկան խանգարումներ, լսողության խանգարում և տարեկան հանգեցնում է 12 հազար եվրոպացիների վաղաժամ մահվան։
Բացի այդ, աղմուկի աղտոտվածությունը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում կենդանական աշխարհի վրա՝ դժվարացնելով թռչունների, միջատների, երկկենցաղների և այլ կենդանիների ներտեսակային հաղորդակցությունը: Զեկույցում նկարագրված կենդանիների և բույսերի համար մեկ այլ սպառնալիք է բնական համակարգերի ցիկլի խախտումը. կլիմայի փոփոխության պատճառով կենդանի օրգանիզմների համար ավելի դժվար է որոշել, թե երբ է ճիշտ ժամանակը ծաղկման, փոշոտման, զուգավորման կամ միգրացիայի համար:
