Թուրքիայի ԿԲ-ն պահպանել է զեղչի տոկոսադրույքը․ Էրդողանը վստահեցնում է, որ խնդիրները կլուծվեն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրքիայի Կենտրոնական բանկը, ինչպես եւ սպասվում էր, երկրորդ ամիսն անընդմեջ պահպանել է զեղչի տոկոսադրույքը 14 տոկոսի մակարդակում, չնայած գրեթե մինչեւ 50 տոկոս ինֆլյացիայի աճին այն բանից հետո, երբ անցյալ տարվա անկման ցիկլը հրահրեց արժութային ճգնաժամը, հաղորդում Է Reuters-ը։
ԿԲ-ն մեղմացում է սկսել սեպտեմբերին եւ 500 բազիսային կետով նվազեցրել է տոկոսադրույքները նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ճնշման ներքո, որի նոր նեոօրթոդոքսալ տնտեսական ծրագիրը առաջնահերթություն է տալիս վարկերին, արտադրությանը, արտահանմանը եւ զբաղվածությանը։
Reuters-ի հարցմանը մասնակցած 20 տնտեսագետներ կանխատեսում էին, որ բանկը բազային տոկոսադրույքը կթողնի անփոփոխ։
Այս որոշումից հետո լիրան հիմնականում կայուն էր եւ Գրինվիչի ժամանակով 11:03-ին դոլարի նկատմամբ 13,62-ի մակարդակում էր։
Տարեկան ինֆլյացիան հունվարին հասել է 20 տարվա կտրվածքով առավելագույն նիշին՝ 48,69 տոկոսի մակարդակին՝ թողնելով իրական եկամտաբերությունը խորը բացասական տարածքում, ինչը մտահոգիչ ազդանշան է ներդրողների եւ լիրայի խոցելիության համար։
Անցյալ ամիս բանկը հասկացրել է, որ կդադարեցնի մեղմացման ցիկլը՝ դրա հետեւանքներին հետեւելու համար: Նա ակնկալում է, որ ինֆլյացիան կընկնի տարվա երկրորդ կեսին, չնայած վերլուծաբանների մեծ մասը ակնկալում է գների ճնշման պահպանում եւ աշխատավարձի վրա ճնշում։
Լիրան, որը 2021 թվականին ընկավ 44 տոկոսով, այս տարի կայուն առուվաճառքի առարկա է եղել արժութային շուկայում թանկարժեք պետական ինտերվենցիաներից եւ լիրայում ավանդների պաշտպանության սխեմաներից հետո։
Մինչդեռ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիան վճռական է զարգացման ճանապարհին իր վրայից կապանքները գցելու, բարձր ինֆլյացիան ու ուռճացված տոկոսադրույքները թույլ չտալու, ֆինանսական շուկաներում մանիպուլյացիայի դեմ պայքարելու հարցում։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այն դեպքում, երբ աշխարհի շատ երկրներ շարունակում են մնալ համավարակի հետ կապված ճգնաժամի մեջ, Թուրքիան ծանրակշիռ դիվիդենտներ է ստանում այն ներդրումներից, որոնք նախկինում ներդրվել էին ազգային տնտեսության եւ առողջապահության մեջ, հաղորդում է «Անադոլուն»։
Նա հավաստիացրել է, որ սոցիալական եւ տնտեսական խնդիրները, որոնց այսօր բախվել են Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները, կլուծվեն ՝ ընդգծելով, որ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները վճռական են երկիրը աշխարհի տասը առաջատար տնտեսությունների շարքում ընդգրկելու հարցում։
