«Ամերիա Սերունդ 15» ծրագիրն իր դռներն է բացում երիտասարդների առջև. Դիմումները՝ մինչև մարտի 12

Ամերիաբանկը մեկնարկում է «Ամերիա Սերունդ 15» ծրագիրը, որը բացառիկ հնարավորություն է բոլոր այն երիտասարդների համար, որոնք փնտրում են սպասարկման ոլորտի լավագույն մասնագետ դառնալու, ակտիվ և պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմում աշխատելու և անընդմեջ աճելու ամենաարդյունավետ ուղին:

Ծրագիրը նախատեսված է  21-27 տարեկան ճկուն մտածելակերպով, պատասխանատու, հաղորդակցման հմտություններ ունեցող և շփումներ սիրող երիտասարդների համար, որոնք պատրաստ են մասնագիտանալու երեք ուղղություններով և դառնալու.

  • Հաճախորդների սպասարկման մասնագետ
  • Վարկային մասնագետ
  • Կոնտակտային կենտրոնի մասնագետ    

«Ամերիա Սերունդ 15» ծրագրի դիմորդները համապատասխան դիմում-հայտը լրացնելուց հետո պետք է մասնակցեն ընտրական փուլի, որը հաղթահարելուց հետո  կանցնեն 3-շաբաթյա ամբողջական դրույքով ուսուցում (09:00-18:00), ապա`  եռամսյա գործնական ուսուցում գլխամասային գրասենյակում և մասնաճյուղերում: Գործնական ուսուցման ողջ ընթացքում մասնակիցները կվարձատրվեն մրցունակ աշխատավարձով:  

Ծրագրի ավարտին ձեռք բերված գիտելիքներն ու փորձը լավագույնս կիրառած երիտասարդներին հնարավորություն կտրվի շարունակելու իրենց մասնագիտական ուղին Ամերիաբանկում` աշխատանքի անցնելով մասնաճյուղային ցանցում կամ Կոնտակտային կենտրոնում:

Նշենք նաև, որ 2012 թվականից այս ծրագրի շնորհիվ Ամերիա թիմին են միացել բազմաթիվ երիտասարդներ, որոնք իրենց հաջողության և մասնագիտական կայացման ուղին են անցնում Ամերիաբանկում:
