Կապանի Կարմրաքար բնակավայրի կիսաքանդ ակումբի տարածքում այրված վիճակում հայտնաբերված ամուսիններն ընտանիք են ունեցել։

Ապրել են տղայի, հարսի ու թոռների հետ միասին։ Իրավաբան․net-ի հետ զրույցում 71-ամյա Արամայիս և 64-ամյա Էլմիրա Գրիգորյանների հարևաններից մեկը նշեց, որ ընտանիքի համար էլ է անհասկանալի, թե ինչպես և ինչու են տարեց ամուսինները հայտնվել Կարմրաքար բնակավայրում։

«Ընտանիքը նորմալ էր ապրում: Խնդիրներ, մեր իմանալով, չկային։ Տղան աշխատում է, նորմալ ապրում են։ Մեր հավատը չէր գալիս, որ կորել են իրենք, իսկ երեկ էլ, երբ լսեցինք ինչ վիճակում են գտել՝ չէինք կարողանում հավատալ»,-նշեց նա։

Հարևանի խոսքով՝ Արամայիս և Էլմիրա Գրիգորյանների դուստրը տարիներ առաջ ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացել է։

Հիշեցնենք, ըստ ոստիկանության տվյալների՝ դեպքի վայր մեկնած քննչական-օպերատիվ խմբի կողմից վերոնշյալ ակումբի կիսաքանդ շենքի մուտքի հատվածում և բակում հայտնաբերել են իգական սեռի՝ մարմնի մակերևույթի գերակշիռ մասն այրված, ինչպես նաև մեկ այլ, անհայտ սեռի և տարիքի մարդու այրված դիեր: Դիակների շրջակայքում հայտնաբերվել է նաև երկու պայուսակ, որոնցից մեկի մեջ եղել է բջջային հեռախոս, պլաստմասե շշեր, երկու ապակյա օղու շիշ, գումար և այլ առարկաներ:

Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում երկու կամ ավելի անձանց առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանելու հոդվածով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
