ՀՀ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայության փոխանցմամբ, ուղերձում ասված է.

Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է Լիտվայի հետ բարեկամական և փոխշահավետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները և պատրաստակամ է ամրապնդելու և խորացնելու համագործակցությունը երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում: Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի միջև առկա փոխվստահության մթնոլորտը, հիմնված ընդհանուր արժեքների և պատմական կապերի վրա, ամուր հիմք է ստեղծում երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հետագա ընդլայնման և առկա ներուժի համակողմանի օգտագործման համար:
Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով առաջիկայում կկարողանանք կյանքի կոչել անցյալ տարի հոկտեմբերին Վիլնյուսում մեր միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, ինչպես նաև օգտագործել Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև ստորագրված Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի ընձեռած հնարավորությունները հայ-լիտվական երկկողմ և բազմակողմ հարաբերություններն էլ ավելի զարգացնելու համար՝ ի շահ մեր պետությունների և ի բարօրություն մեր ժողովուրդների:
