2021թ․ մայիսից, երբ ադրբեջանցիները ներխուժեցին ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածք՝ տեղակայվելով հայկական բնակավայրերի հարևանությամբ Վերին Շորժայի, Ջաղացաձորի, Գեղամաբակի ու Այգնի գյուղերի բնակիչները զրկվեցին խմելու ջրից. անգամ, բնակիչների մեծ մասը խմելու ջուրը այլ բնակավայրերից են բերում։ 

Այս թեմայով  ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ը զրուցեց Վերին Շորժայի ղեկավար Արտյոմ Երանոսյանի հետ, որը նշեց՝ ունեն ջրի երկու աղբյուր, որոնցից մեկը հիմա ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության տակ է գտնվում, իսկ մյուսից շարունակում են օգտվել. «Այն ջրամբարը, որը գտնվում է ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության տակ, հիմնականում ոռոգման ջուր էր, սակայն ձմեռվա ընթացքում այն օգտագործվում էր խմելու համար: Հիմա արդեն վտանգավոր է նորից օգտվել այդ ջրից, քանի որ շատ մոտ է գտնվում ադրբեջանցիներին և կարող են այն թունավորել»,- նշեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:

Նա պատմեց, որ մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ այդ ոռոգման ջուրը բացարձակ գյուղ չէր մտնում, քանի որ շաքարավազի պարկով փակված էր ջրամբարի դիմացը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հենց ադրբեջանցիներն էին դա արել. «Ամեն դեպքում մենք ռիսկի դիմեցինք և բարձրացանք վերև, այդ պարկը հանեցինք և նորից ջուրը սկսեց  մտնել գյուղեր: Հիմա էլ ջուր չի գալիս, բայց կարծում եմ, այս անգամ ոչ թե ադրբեջանցիների մեղքով է, այլ, պարզապես, այն սառել է»,- նշեց Արտյոմ Երանոսյանը:

Անդրադառնալով խմելու ջրի խնդրին՝ նա ասաց, որ իրենց գյուղի վերջում փոքր աղբյուրներ կան, և ջուրը գալիս-լցվում է գյուղացիների կողմից կառուցված լողավազանում. «Ճիշտ է քիչ է գալիս ջուրը, բայց գոնե գիտենք, որ թունավորված չէ, անվտանգ է, այն հոսում է հենց գյուղի ներսից»,- ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը:

Վերջինս ընդգծեց, որ իրենց ջրամբարի՝ ադրբեջանցիների վերհսակողության տակ անցնելը, գյուղացիների համար բազմաթիվ դժվարություններ է ստեղծել, իսկ հարևան գյուղերի համար խոչընդոտներ է առաջացել ոչ միայն ոռոգման ջրի առումով, այլև խմելու:
