Ախք Արմեն Գրիգորյանի երեկվա հարցազրույցը, կրկին այն մասին էր, թե ինչպես այդ «նախկինները», Արցախի հարցը գցեցին խեղճ հարիֆների (ըստ իրենց ընտրազանգվածի) գրպանը:
 
Նա, իր հերթական պլանային հարցազրույցում, կրկին լացակումած ստախոսում էր, թե իբր վատ բանակցային ժառանգություն են ստացել:
 
Ես չգիտեմ, թե բանակցությունների մասին Նիկոլին իրազեկող Ալիևը ի՞նչ է պատմել սրանց: Բայց, որ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Իգոր Պոպովը, 2021թ. հունվարին 13-ին մերկացրել է Նիկոլի և ՔՊ-ական խունտայի նախապատերազմական ու հետպատերազմական ստերը` փաստ է: Պոպովի այդ պաշտոնական հայտարարությունից անցել է մեկ տարի և ո´չ ԱՄՆ-ի, ո՜չ Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահները, կամ այդ երկրների ղեկավարները, կամ արտգործնախարարները չեն ասել, Պոպովի կարծիքից տարբերվող այլ կարծիք: Ոչ ոք չի հերքել Պոպովին, հետևաբար` դա ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ բանակցային ճշմարտություն է, որի հետ համամիտ են նաև ԱՄՆ-ը և Ֆրանսիան:
Իսկ Պոպովն իր մայրենի լեզվով, բառացի ասել է հետևյալը. «Определение окончательного правового статуса Нагорного Карабаха путем проведения в сроки, согласованные сторонами, под эгидой ООН или ОБСЕ всенародного голосования, выражающего свободное волеизъявление населения Нагорного Карабаха и имеющего юридически обязательный характер в соответствии с нормами и принципами международного права. При этом формулировки вопроса или вопросов, выносимых на голосование, не будут ничем ограничиваться, а любой результат голосования будет уважаться сторонами».

Իսկ փաստերն այն մասին են, թե քաղաքականապես որքան տգետ ու ապազգային կերպարներ են 2018-ին զավթել իշխանությունը Հայաստանում:

Ամենավատ ժառանգությունը, որ ունենք այսօր` կապիտուլյանտներն են: Չլինեին նրանք, չէ լինի կործանարար պատերազմը, չէին լինի հազարավոր զոհերը, չէր լինի Հայրենիքի ամենահարուստ, ամենաանառիկ, ամենառազմավարական տարածքների հանձնումը, չէր լինի Հայաստանի նսեմացումը, չէր լինի հասարակության հուսալքությունն ու բարոյալքումը:
