Կրթության որակի բարձրացման համար կարևոր է նաև ուսուցչի աշխատավարձը

ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ «Հանրակրթության մասին» օրենքում կատարվելիք փոփոխությունները ներկայացնելուց առաջ խոսեց ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների մասին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում «ամեն երրորդ երեխան չի կարողանում կարդալ ու պարզ տեքստեր հասկանալ, չնայած գրաճանաչ է»։
Այս թեմայի մասին past.am կայքը զրուցել է «Մաշտոց» կրթահամալիրում հայոց լեզվի և գրականության մասնագետ Արման Մաթոսյանի հետ։
Անդրադառնալով փոխնախարարի հայտարարությանը` Արման Մաթոսյանն ասաց․ «Անկեղծ ասած, ես այնքան էլ համաձայն չեմ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի ասածի հետ, որովհետև ամեն երրորդ երեխան չէ, որ չի կարողանում մտքեր արտահայտել, բայց ամեն ինչ ռոբոտացման է գնում, ինչը իրականում ցավոտ խնդիր է։ Բայց միայն Հայաստանում չէ, ամբողջ աշխարհն այսօր կանգնած է ռոբոտացման խնդրի առջև։ Իսկ այն, որ երեքից մեկն է այդ տեսակետի հետ ես համաձայն չեմ»։
Անդրդադռնալով կրթական մակարդակի որակին` Արման Մաթոսյանն ասաց․ «Ամեն սերունդ ունի իր խնդիրները։ Ներկայիս սերունդը այլ է համեմատած նախորդ սերունդների հետ։ Մենք միշտ բողոքում ենք նոր աշակերտներից, նոր սերունդից, բայց սերունդի առումով կարող եմ ասել, որ աշխարհի զարգացմանը զուգահեռ փոխվում են և պահանջները և աշխարհայացքը ու սերունդներն էլ աշխարհի զարգացման հետ մեկտեղ փոխվում են։ Պետք է հաշվի առնել տվյալ ժամանակաշրջաբի պահանջները։ Այսօրվա 7-8 տարեկան երեխան ավելի լավ է տիրապետում տեխնոլոգիաներին քան նախորդները։ Իսկ կրթական որակը լավացնելու համար, կարծում եմ, այսօր նախարարությունն էլ որոշ ջանքեր է գործադրում փոփոխություններ կատարելով, օրինակ, հանրակրթության մասին օրենքի նախագիծը ԱԺ-ում է և նախատեսվում են նոր փոփոխություններ, կարծում եմ, ավելի խելամիտ որոշումներով։ Խոսակցություններ կան, որ պետք է բարձրացնեն ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձը, ինչը, կարծում եմ, այսօր ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկն է, որովհետև ուսանողներին դպրոցում աշխատանքով ապահովելու առաջին մոտիվացիան աշխատավարձն է։ Դպրոցը պետք է գրավիչ լինի, որ երիտասարդ կադրերը ցանկություն ունենան աշխատելու։ Ինչ վերաբերու է մեթոդիկային ապա դեռևս Թումանյանն է ասել, որ աշակերտներին խաղի միջոցով պետք է սովորեցնել և այստեղ որևէ նորություն չկա»։
