ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը հանդես է գալիս որպես ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարության գործակալ։ Բանկի հաճախորդները կկարողանան ձեռք բերել ՀՀ պետական ​​պարտատոմսեր արժեթղթերի առաջնային շուկայից։

2021թ․ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ամրապնդեց իր դիրքերը արժեթղթերի շուկայում և ընդլայնեց հաճախորդների բազան՝ դառնալով պետական ​​պարտատոմսերի շուկայում տեղական յոթ գործակալ բանկերից մեկը։ Բանկը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց, այդ թվում՝ ֆինանսական և վարկային կազմակերպություններին, ձեռք բերել պետական ​​պարտատոմսեր՝ ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարության աճուրդի միջոցով:

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ունի կապիտալի շուկայում, այդ թվում նաև՝ միջազգային ներդրողների հետ բարեհաջող համագործակցության բազմամյա փորձ։ Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ պետական ​​պարտատոմսերի՝ Հայաստանի ազգային արժույթով թողարկված լինելու հանգամանքը՝ արտաքին ներդրողների մասնակցությունն ակտիվացնում է երկրի արժութային և դրամական շուկաներն, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ արժեթղթերի երկրորդային շուկան։
