SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են կնոջ կողմից ամուսնու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Այս մասին հաղորդում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն, Գորիս քաղաքի 30-ամյա բնակչուհին, տեղյակ լինելով ամուսնու արտամուսնական կապի մասին, 2021թ. օգոստոսի 25-ին` ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, ամուսնուն ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, տանից վերցնելով բենզինով լցված շիշ և լուցկի, գնացել է Գորիս քաղաքի Արցախյան խճուղում գործող սննդի կետ, որտեղ աշխատել է ամուսնու ընկերուհին: Այնտեղ հանդիպել է վերջինիս ու ամուսնուն, նրանց միջև անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է ծագել, որի ընթացքում կինը դյուրավառ հեղուկը լցրել է ամուսնու վրա և հրկիզել, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել, քանի որ տղամարդը վազել է հարակից ավտոլվացման կետ, որտեղ ջրի միջոցով մարել են կրակը, ապա տեղափոխել բժշկական կենտրոն:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
