Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի նախաձեռնությամբ Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի մասնակցությամբ տեսակոնֆերանսին քննարկվող կարևորագույն խնդիրներից է եղել հումանիտար հարցերի կարգավորումը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 9-ին, ԱԺ-Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով օրերս Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի, ԵԽ նախագահի միջնորդությամբ և մասնակցությամբ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հեռավար հանդիպմանն ու հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք ձեռք են բերվել պայմանավորվածություններ գերիների և անհետ կորածների խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ:

«Հանդիպումից հետո թյուրըմբռնում եղավ հետևյալի շուրջ. մենք խոսել ենք նաև առաջին պատերազմում անհետ կորածների ճակատագրի և 44-օրյա պատերազմում անհետ կորածների ճակատագրի մասին։ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ խոսում է, որ Ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմից հետո իրենք ունեն շուրջ 4000 անհետ կորած, բայց ես ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ հայկական կողմը նույնպես ունի անհետ կորածներ՝ պաշտոնական թվերով՝ 777։ Փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել, թե հայկական կողմը նաև այս հարցում կոնկրետ քայլեր չի ձեռնարկվել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը, ապա տեղեկացրեց․

«Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմին է փոխանցվել առաջին պատերազմից հետո անհետ կորած համարվող 108 մարդու մարմին։ Առաջիկա օրերին պատրաստվում ենք ևս երկու մարմին փոխանցել։ Այս աշխատանքը սկսել ենք դեռևս 2020-ի մեկնարկին։ Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ ոչ միայն Ղարաբաղյան առաջին, այլև 44-օրյա պատերազմի՝ մեր անհետ կորածների ճակատագրի պարզման հարցում նույնպես մեզ կհաջողվի համագործակցություն հաստատել։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ունենք 217՝ գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ անձ»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ 108 մարմինները վերադարձրել են առանց նախապայմանի։

Ըստ նրա, 108 մարդու մարմին առանց նախապայմանի են վերադարձել, քանի որ ճիշտ չեն համարում, որ դա դառնա սակարկության առարկա, քանի որ հումանիտար հարցերը սակարկության առարկա չպետք է լինեն։

«Ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզների դեպքում ևս նախապայմաններ չեն եղել, որպեսզի դա չդառնա սակարկության առարկա»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
