«Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում բանտի աշխատակից կապիտանին սպանելու փորձ կատարողն օրեր առաջ սպանել էր ծաղկի սրահի աշխատակցին

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝  փետրվարի  6-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում կարանտինային մասնաշենքի 3-րդ խցում պահվող, Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կողմից երկամսյա կալանքի ենթարկված կալանավոր, Երևանի բնակիչ, 30-ամյա Արման Հարությունյանը, ում նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քր օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, նույն մասնաշենքում տեղադրված հեռախոսակապից օգտվելու պատրվակով խնդրել է  քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի անվտանգության  ապահովման  բաժնի աշխատակցին, ով կոչումով կապիտան է, դուրս բերել իրեն խցից, որպեսզի զանգահարի:

Կապիտանը  ընդառաջել է Ա. Հարությունյանի խնդրանքին և նրան դուրս բերել խցից ու մինչ  հեռախոսին հասնելը Ա. Հարությունյանը նախապես խցից իր հետ վերցած մետաղյա ծակող առարկայով հարձակվել է  կապիտանի  վրա և թիկունքից հարվածել նրա գլխին, ապա բռունցքներով սկսել է հարվածներ հասցնել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, այնուհետև ձեռքերով սեղմել է պարանոցի հատվածը, փորձելով խեղդամահ անել:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, բարեբախտաբար, ստահակը հանցանքը ավարտին չի հասցրել, քանի որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողները օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում կանխել են  ճիվաղի կողմից նախապես պլանավորած   հանցագործությունը:

Փաստի առթիվ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի  տեղեկություններով՝ հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին, իսկ կալանավորված Ա. Հարությունյանը օրեր առաջ Երևանի կենտրոնում առանձնակի դաժանությամբ  դանակի բազմաթիվ հարվածներով սպանել էր ծաղկի սրահի աշխատակցին:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, փետրվարի 1-ին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական 3-րդ բաժնի պետ Դաիթ Կիրակոսյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբի ղեկավար նշանակված, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Հայկ Ժամակոչյանը միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 30-ամյա Ա. Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ։

Դատավոր Ռազմիկ Մարիկյանը, դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով, բավարարել էր քննիչի միջնորդությունը, և Ա. Հարությունյանը դատարանից տեղափոխվել էր ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, երբ ոստիկանները նրան հայտնաբերել ու ձերբակալել էին, նա ասել էր. «Ափսոս, շուտ բռնեցիք ինձ, քանի որ դեռ ունեի պլաններ, որ մի քանի հոգու էլ պիտի խփեի»։
