«Ինքնասպանը չի կարող կրակել իր մեջքին». ադրբեջանցի ժամկետային զինծառայողի մայրը պահանջել է հետաքննել նրա մահը
SOCIETYԶինվոր Իլկին Զոհրաբովը մահացել է հրազենից, հետաքննությունը կատարվածն անվանել է ինքնասպանություն, սակայն հարազատները վստահ են, որ նա սպանվել է։ Մահացածի մայրն այսօր բողոքի ակցիա է իրականացրել Ադրբեջանի արդարադատության նախարարության շենքի մոտ՝ պահանջելով արդար հետաքննություն։
2021 թվականի մարտի 22-ին ադրբեջանական բանակում մեկուկես տարի ծառայած ժամկետային զինծառայող Իլկին Զոհրաբովը կրակոցից մահացել է Քարվաճառի շրջանի զորամասերից մեկում։ Մահացածի ընտանիքը դժգոհ է հետաքննության ընթացքից և Տերտերի շրջանի զինվորական դատարանում 11 ամիս առաջ սկսված գործընթացից, ասել է Սարիա Զոհրաբովան «Кавказский узел»-ի թղթակցին:
Պիկետից հետո Զոհրաբովային ընդունել են արդարադատության նախարարությունում։ Գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչները խոստացել են գործի արդար քննություն իրականացնել և խորհուրդ են տվել միջնորդություն ներկայացնել՝ մեղադրանքը «ինքնասպանությունից» «սպանության» վերադասակարգելու համար։
Քննիչների խոսքով՝ զինվորը որոշել է ինքնասպան լինել իրեն խոշտանգումների ենթարկած պրապորշչիկ Մաթլաբ Խադիևի մեղքով։ Խադիեւը ձերբակալված է եւ դատարանում հանդես է գալիս որպես մեղադրյալ, «Кавказский узел»-ի թղթակցին հայտնել է փաստաբան Յուսուֆ Ալիեւը։
Զինվորի ընտանիքը չի հավատում այս վարկածին. «Ինքնասպանը չի կարող կրակել իր մեջքին»,- ասել է Սարիա Զոհրաբովան։
Ալիևի խոսքով` նախաքննության ընթացքում վկաները պնդում էին, որ զինծառայողը կրակել է իր ստամոքսին։ Բայց որովայնի մուտքի փամփուշտի անցքն ավելի մեծ է, քան մեջքի ելքի անցքը, այս առումով մահացածի հարազատները համոզված են, որ կրակոցը կարող էր լինել մեջքի հատվածից, պարզաբանել է փաստաբանը։
Դատարանը չի ընդունել պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը՝ լրացուցիչ քննություն իրականացնելու՝ հանգուցյալի հագուստի վրա փամփուշտի, պարկուճի բացակայության պատճառների, վառոդի այրման մնացորդների վերաբերյալ։ Ընտանիքը նաև պահանջում է հետաքննել, թե ինչն է պատճառը, որ զինծառայողի մարմնի վրա հայտնաբերվել են վիրահատության հետքեր, մինչդեռ բանակից առաջ նրա վրա ոչ մի վիրահատություն չի կատարվել։ Այս ամենը ստիպում է ընտանիքին մտածել զորամասի և իրավապահ մարմինների մտադրության մասին՝ թաքցնելու Իլկին Զոհրաբովի մահվան իրական պատճառները, ասել է Ալիևը։
Իլկին Զոհրաբովի մահվան գործով Տերտերի շրջանի ռազմական դատարանի հաջորդ նիստը նշանակված է փետրվարի 23-ին։
