«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
actualnews.org–ը «Թուրքիան, նոր ամբարտակ կառուցելով, ցանկանում է ուժեղացնել վերահսկողությունը Բաքվի նկատմամբ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Թուրքիան շարունակում է ուժեղացնել վերահսկողությունը Բաքվի նկատմամբ, ինչն այժմ դրսևորվում է Բեշիքկայա ամբարտակի կառուցման ծրագրերում։ Մի շարք փորձագետներ կարծում են, որ Անկարան փորձում է Ադրբեջանին դարձնել իր գավառներից մեկը։ Ազատ մամուլի հոդվածագիր Ալեքսանդր Սիտնիկովը կիսվել է այս հարցի շուրջ իր մտքերով։ Հեղինակը հղում է արել հունական City Times-ին՝ նշելով, որ Բաքուն ռազմական, տնտեսական և հումանիտար ոլորտներում արդեն կախված է Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կառավարությունից։ Նրանք վստահ են, որ Թուրքիայի ներկայիս նախագահը Օսմանյան Կայսրության վերականգնման հույսը չի թողել։ Սակայն նման նկրտումները Անկարային սպառնում են հետևանքներով։
Դժվար թե Իլհամ Ալիևը, որը ժամանակ է ունեցել զգալու իշխանության քաղցրությունը, ցանկանա հրաժարվել իր ազդեցությունից։ Համապատասխան դասավորվածությունը նմանապես անբարենպաստ է Իրանի համար։ Հիմա Բաքվին «կլանումից» փրկող սակավաթիվ բաներից մեկը Հայաստանի կողմից վերահսկվող Սյունիքի մարզն է։ Այն շարունակում է մնալ Էրդողանի նեոօսմանական նկրտումների արգելք: Սիտնիկովը նշել է, որ չնայած բարեկամության բոլոր հայտարարություններին՝ Թուրքիան փորձում է Ադրբեջանին զրկել ջրային ռեսուրսներից։ Էրդողանը վճռական է տրամադրված Քուռի նախագիծն իրականացնելու հարցում, որը ենթադրում է հինգ մեծ ամբարտակների կառուցում համանուն գետի վերին հոսանքում։
Դրանցից մեկը՝ «Բեշիքկայան», մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր կամբարի, և արդյունքում համապատասխան ռեսուրսը պարզապես չի կարողանա հասնել ադրբեջանական տարածքներ։ Նման նախաձեռնությանը դեմ են արտահայտվել մի շարք փորձագետներ՝ համարելով, որ այն սպառնում է ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանին, այլ նաև Վրաստանին։ Հոդվածի հեղինակը նաև պնդում է, որ Բաքվի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու Թուրքիայի փորձերը լավ բան չեն խոստանում Ռուսաստանին։ Մոսկվային ձեռնտու է, որ Ադրբեջանը մնա անկախ, սակայն Անկարան այդ առումով այլ ծրագրեր ունի, և Իլհամ Ալիևը չի կարող Էրդողանին բավարար հակահարված տալ:
