Ուշադրություն Հարգելի գործարարներ, գործադիր տնօրեններ, ֆինանսական տնօրեններ, հաշվապահներ և աուդիտորներ, Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը հանդես կգա ԲԱՑԱՌԻԿ դասախոսությամբ՝ «ՀԱՐԿԱՅԻՆ ՀՍԿՈՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ» թեմայով։

Դասախոսության ընթացքում բանախոսը կանդրադառնա հետևյալ թեմաներին`

- Հարկային ռիսկերի գնահատում և կառավարում,

- Հարկային հսկողության ժամանակ հարկատուի իրավունքների պաշտպանության եղանակներ,

- Համալիր հարկային ստուգում,

- Օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառում,

- Հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման ճշտության ստուգում,

- Ակցիզային դրոշմանիշերի և (կամ) դրոշմապիտակների կիրառման ճշտության ստուգում,

- Աշխատողի աշխատանքի ընդունումն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ձևակերպելու և (կամ) աշխատողի համար գրանցման հայտ ներկայացնելու ճշտության ստուգում,

- Հարկային ուսումնասիրություններ,

- Հարկային բեռի օպտիմալացում, հարկման դաշտի ճիշտ ընտրություն,

- ԱԱՀ-ի, Շահութահարկի և Եկամտային հարկի խութերը,

- Դրամարկղային գործառնություններ, կանխիկի սահմանաչափի գերազանցումներ,

- Հարկային մարմինների գործողությունների դեմ բողոքարկում,

- Հարկային իրավախախտումների քրեական պատասխանատվություն, հետաքննություն, քննչական գործողություններ, և այլն։

Դասախոսության ընթացքում կներկայացվեն՝

- Բանախոսի 15 տարվա աշխատանքային հարուստ փորձի արդյունքում ձեռք բերված հարկատուների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ավելի քան 100 իրավիճակներ, որոնք կիրառվել և հաջողությամբ են պսակվել բանախոսի կողմից հարկային ստուգումների, ՀՀ ՊԵԿ վերադասության կարգով գանգատարկման, դատական կարգով հարկատուի իրավունքերի պաշտպանույան ժամանակ, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված է նյութի բացառիկությունը, և ինչն էլ նյութի որակի երաշխիքն է։

- Հարկային օրենսդրության պահանջների պահպանման և հարկային «տեռորի» չենթարկվելու երաշխավորված գործիքներ, որոնց կիրառման արդյունքում վերականգնվել են ավելի քան 1000 հարկատուների իրավունքներ։ Հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա Փետրվարի 25֊ին:
