«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
arendator.ru-ն ««Ֆուդ Սիթին» արժանի մրցակից կունենա՝ ի դեմս «Տաշիր գրուպի»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ «Տաշիր գրուպը» գնում է Մոսկվայի օղակաձև ճանապարհի 32-րդ կիլոմետրում գտնվող «Մետաքսի ճանապարհ» առևտրային և նյութատեխնիկական համալիրի բաժնետոմսերի վերահսկիչ փաթեթը։ «Մետաքսի ճանապարհն» ունի 247 հազար քառակուսի մետր մակերես։ Այն գտնվում է Բիտցում։ Օբյեկտը կառուցվել է 2014 թվականին ԲԿՄԱ ֆուտբոլային ակումբի նախագահ Եվգենի Գիների կողմից Լուժնիկիի առևտրային շուկայի փակման պատճառով։ Ներկայումս համալիրը բաղկացած է չորս հարկից և ներառում է ավելի քան 30 բեռնատար վերելակ և 2500 մեքենայի համար նախատեսված կայանատեղի:
Առևտրի կենտրոնում կա նաև տարածք բեռների պահեստավորման համար։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խումբը կվերափոխի համալիրը և կհարմարեցնի այն մեծածախ և մանրածախ սննդի կենտրոնի ձևաչափին: BlackStone Keeping Company-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Եվգենի Կուզմինը կարծում է, որ գործարքի գումարը կարող է կազմել 8-ից 10 միլիարդ ռուբլի։ Անդրադառնալով համալիրի հնարավոր վերափոխմանը՝ փորձագետը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ շենքի կառուցվածքը լիովին կհամապատասխանի նոր ձևաչափին։
«Համալիրն ի սկզբանե նախատեսված է եղել շուկայի համար և ունի պահեստային տարածքներ։ Բայց չմոռանանք, որ այդ տարածքում շատ մրցակիցներ կան, ինչպես «Մոսկվա» և «Սադովոդ» առևտրի կենտրոնները: Այս պահին «Ֆուդ Սիթին» այդ ձևաչափի անվիճելի առաջատարն է, սակայն «Տաշիրը» կկարողանա տարածք վաճառել ավելի մատչելի գներով, քան «Ֆուդ Սիթի»-ում է։ Բացի մուտքավճարներից, «Ֆուդ Սիթին» ունի շատ բարձր վարձավճարներ։ Մեկ կոնտեյները կարող է արժենալ ամսական մի քանի միլիոն ռուբլի»,- պարզաբանել է նա։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության ժամանակ Հայաստանից ծիրանով բեռնված մոտ 50 բեռնատար չի կարողացել ապրանքը հասցնել «Ֆուդ Սիթի»։
Հայերի խոսքով, շուկայի տնօրինությունը թույլ չի տվել իրենց մուտք գործել տարածք՝ դա բացատրելով իրենց անվտանգության համար մտավախությամբ։ Որպեսզի պտուղը չփչանա, նրանք ստիպված են եղել այդ փչացող ապրանքը վաճառելու այլ կետեր փնտրել։ Դրանցից մեկն էլ եղել է «Մետաքսի ճանապարհ» առևտրի կենտրոնը։ «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի ներկայացուցիչները նույնպես ակտիվորեն մասնակցել են հայ ֆերմերներին օգնելու գործում՝ ծիրանը գնելով։ Թերևս այդ իրավիճակից հետո էլ այդ ընկերությունում մտածել են նախագծերի պորտֆելի և առևտրի նոր ձևաչափերի դիվերսիֆիկացման մասին։
