Քննությունը պարզել է, որ ադրբեջանցի գործարարը ծաղրի է ենթարկել Ավրաամ Ռուսոյին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄոսկվայի Պրեսնենսկի դատարանում քննվում է 2004թ․-ին Ավրաամ Ռուսոյի առեւանգման գործը։ Դատական նիստի ընթացքում լսվել են իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների ցուցմունքները, որոնք քննել են հանցագործությունը։
Քննությունը պարզել է, որ Չերկիզովսկի շուկայի նախկին սեփականատեր, ադրբեջանցի գործարար Թելման Իսմայիլովը դաժան վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերել Ավրաամ Ռուսոյի նկատմամբ, նվաստացրել, ստիպել համբուրել իր ձեռքերը, մասնավոր երեկույթների ընթացքում երգել ընկերների համար։ Առեւանգման օրը արտիստին թիկապահներն այն աստիճանի են ծեծի ենթարկել, որ նա կորցրել է գիտակցությունը, նրան հարկադրել են համագործակցության։
Ըստ բժշկական փաստաթղթերի՝ երգչի առողջությանը ծանր վնաս է հասցվել․ նրա մոտ ախտորոշվել է քթի կոտրվածք, գանգուղեղային վնասվածք, բազմաթիվ այլ վնասվածքներ։ Առեւանգման գործով գլխավոր մեղադրյալը Թելման Իսմայիլովի զարմիկն է՝ Զաուր Մարդանովը։ «Այս ամենն ապացուցում է, որ Մարդանովին զրպարտելու մասին խոսք անգամ չի կարող լինել»,- Դաշնային լրատվական գործակալությանը հայտնել է Ավրաամ Ռուսոյի փաստաբան Անդրեյ Ալեշկինը։
2021թ․-ի հոկտեմբերին Թելման Իսմայիլովը քաղաքական ապաստան է ստացել Չեռնոգորիայում։ Նրան հոկետմբերի 1-ին ձերբակալել էին Ինտերպոլի կարգադրությամբ եւ կալանավորել։ Ռուսաստանում Իսմայիլովին մեղադրում են մի քանի հանցագործության կատարման մեջ, այդ թվում սպանության կազմակերպման, մարդու առեւանգման եւ զենքի ապօրինի շրջանառության համար։
