Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ փետրվարի 4-ին կայացած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել է մաքսային բարեփոխումների ընթացքը:

Ինչպես  հայտնում են ՀՀ կառավարությունից, վարչապետին ներկայացվել է մաքսային վարչարարության զարգացման ծրագիրը, որով նախատեսվում է պետական սահմանի անցման կետերում և արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության (ԱՏԳ) սպասարկման կենտրոններում էտալոնային մոդելի ներդրում: Բարեփոխմամբ ակնկալվում է՝ «Մեկ կանգառ, մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքի ներդրում, արտահանման խթանում, առևտրի դյուրինացում, կրկնակի հսկողության բացառում, տարանցման ներուժի զարգացում, ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավում:

Նշվել է, որ ծրագիրը մշակվել է ներկայում գործող բիզնես գործընթացների և իրավական կարգավորումների, արդի ԱՏԳ ընթացակարգեր ունեցող երկրների փորձի, միջազգային ուղեցույցների ուսումնասիրության հիման վրա: Մասնավորապես, կատարվել է սահմանահատման և մաքսային ձևակերպումների ընթացակարգերին առնչվող իրավիճակի վերլուծություն, վեր են հանվել մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնք վերաբերում են ինտեգրված կառավարմանը, տեղեկատվական բազաների փոխգործակցությանը, ռիսկերի կառավարման համակարգերի կիրառմանը և այլն:

Մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում քննարկվել են մաքսային վարչարարության զարգացման ծրագրի իրականացման հարցեր: Նշվել է, որ այն կնպաստի վերոնշյալ բիզնես գործընթացների վերակառուցմանն ու բարելավմանը:

Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ սահմանային անցակետերում ստուգումները պետք է իրականացվեն ռիսկերի կառավարման համակարգերի հիման վրա, և այս առումով մեծապես կարևոր է էլեկտրոնային տեղեկատվական բազաների փոխգործելիության ապահովումը: Ընդգծելով ծրագրի կարևորությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է ընթացք տալ բարեփոխմանը:
