2 մլրդ դրամ՝ «պինցետով» հեռացվող վարակի համար. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ ՀՀ 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի՝ ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից 2 մլրդ 150 մլն դրամ կհատկացվի ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությանը: Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում ընդգրկված նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, թե անհրաժեշտ գումարը ուղղվելու է վարակիչ հիվանդության՝ ՀՀ-ում կորոնավիրուսային վարակի (COVID-19) արագ կանխարգելման, վերահսկման, բուժման եւ հաղթահարման ապահովման նպատակով իրականացված միջոցառուների ծախսերի իրականացմանը։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, թե գումարը ինչի վրա է ծախսվելու:
Մասնավորապես, 590 մլն դրամ ուղղվելու է վերապրոֆիլավորված ԲԿ-ների հունվար ամսվա պահպանման ծախսերին, 490 մլն դրամ՝ ԲԿ-ների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձին։ Իսկ միայն 1 մլրդ դրամ ուղղվելու է Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (Covid-19) դեմ պատվաստումներ իրականացնող բուժանձնակազմի լրավճարի համար։ Հավելենք, որ ընթացիկ ամսում ՀՀ-ում վերապրոֆիլացված բժշկական կենտրոնները, ըստ նախագծի, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ բժշկական կենտրոնը», «Ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդությունների ազգային կենտրոնը», Սպիտակի եւ Կապանի բժշկական կենտրոններն են:
Այսինքն՝ կորոնավիրուսից չվախենալու, այն պինցետով եւ օղիով ախտահանելու խոստում տված վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունն այժմ միայն հունվար ամսվա ծախսերի համար 2 մլրդ դրամ է փոխանցելու հենց այդ վարակի դեմ պայքարելու նպատակով: Բայց նկատենք, որ միայն չորս հիվանդանոցների վրա է բաշխվելու 2 մլրդ 150 մլն դրամ գումարը։ Թե ինչպես են ծածկվելու մյուս հիվանդանոցների ծախսերը, նախագծում խոսք չկա:
