Արարատում 21-ամյա երիտասարդը 2 դանակով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել հոր 52-ամյա մտերմուհուն և սպանել նրան․ քրգործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Արտաշատի 52-ամյա բնակչուհու՝ առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Մինչդատական վարույթում իրականացված անհետաձգելի, մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ պարզվել են սպանության դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը:
Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Արտաշատ քաղաքի 21-ամյա բնակիչը տևական ժամանակ անբարյացկամ, լարված հարաբերությունների մեջ է գտնվել հոր հետ՝ վերջինիս մտերմուհու պատճառով, և հաճախակի վիճաբանել է նրա հետ:
Դեպքի օրը՝ 2021 թվականի հունիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 13:00-ի սահմաններում, անձնական և ընտանեկան հարցերի շուրջ հերթական վիճաբանությունն է տեղի ունեցել հոր և որդու միջև, ինչն ուղեկցվել է փոխադարձաբար բռունցքով միմյանց հարվածելով, որի ընթացքում հայրը որդուն տնից դուրս է հանել:
Վերջինս, տեղի ունեցածից զայրացած, հոր մտերմուհուն կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, գնացել է նրա տուն և հաշվի չառնելով վերջինիս՝ տանը գտնվող հարսի և մանկահասակ երեխայի ներկայությունը, առանձին դաժանությամբ, իր մոտ առկա երկու դանակներով, դիտավորյալ բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի հետևանքով նա ընկել է գետնին:
Այդ ընթացքում 52-ամյա կնոջ հարսը աթոռով հարվածել է երիտասարդին՝ փորձելով կանխել նրա գործողությունները, սակայն չի կարողացել. երիտասարդը շարունակել է դանակներով հարվածել կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր մասերին և համոզվելով, որ կինը մահացել է, դուրս է եկել տնից և հեռացել:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով. որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրենքով ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
