Ռուսական С-400 հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի մատակարարումը Թուրքիայի ներքին գործն է, դրանք բացասական բան չեն պարունակում ՆԱՏՕ-ի նկատմամբ, հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, գրում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն։
«Անկարայի կողմից ռուսական С-400 հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի ձեռքբերման պայմանագիրը կարևոր քայլ է Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի միջև համագործակցության զարգացման տեսանկյունից։ Ռուսական համալիրները շատ կարևոր հարձակողական պաշտպանական համակարգ են։ Առաքումները Թուրքիայի ներքին գործն է: Սա մեր որոշումն է։ Մենք այս որոշումը կայացրել ենք, պայմանավորվել ենք Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Այս քայլը ՆԱՏՕ-ի տեսանկյունից ոչ մի բացասական բան չի բերում»,- ասել է Էրդողանը Տրապիզոնում թուրք երիտասարդների հետ հանդիպմանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի անդամ երկրները «իրավունք ունեն ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնել իրենց զինված ուժերի կարիքների համար զենք գնելու վերաբերյալ»։
Ռուսաստանը և Թուրքիան 2017 թվականին 2,5 միլիարդ դոլարի С-400 ՀՕՊ համակարգերի չորս դիվիզիոնների մատակարարման պայմանագիր են ստորագրել, թուրքական կողմին մատակարարումները կատարվել են 2019 թվականի ամռանն ու աշնանը։ 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի վերջին Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել էր, որ չի կասկածում Ռուսաստանից երկրորդ С-400 գնդի գնման հարցում։
