ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ հարցազրույց է տվել։ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ չնայած ստեղծված իրավիճակին, այնուամենայնիվ, դեռ հնարավորություններ կան, մենք պետք է գործնական քայլեր անենք, պահանջներ ներկայացնենք, որ արդյունքի հասնենք։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Արմեն Բաղդասարյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ առանցքային կետեր կար այդ հարցազրույցում և արդյո՞ք Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքում նորություն կա՞ր` քաղաքագետն ասաց․ «Առանձնապես նորություն չկար, ուղղակի, ինչպես հայտնի է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչի, առաջին հերթին՝ Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար մեղադրում է նախկիններին, Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ հիմնականում արդարացնում էր իրեն, մեղավոր էր հռչակում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Բայց գործընթացին շատից-քչից տեղյակ մարդիկ, այնուամենայնիվ, հասկացան, որ, մեծ հաշվով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանի ու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի քաղաքականությունն է իրականացրել, ուղղակի կործանումը տեղի է ունեցել Փաշինյանի օրոք, դրա համար էլ թիվ մեկ հանցագործը, թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուն հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է»։

Անդրադառնալով հնարավորություններին`քաղաքագետն ասաց․ « Ի՞նչ նկատի ուներ, երբ ասում էր մենք, նկատի ուներ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանություննե՞րին: Եթե նկատի ուներ դա, ապա այսօրվա իշխանությունները ձգտում են ժամ առաջ ձեռքերը լվանալ Արցախից ընդհանրապես, իսկ եթե խոսում է Հայաստանի մասին, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ պետք է նախ օր առաջ ձերբազատվել այս իշխանություններից՝ ինչպե՞ս ձերբազատվել, այդ մասին պիտի խոսեր Սերժ Սարգսյանը»։
