Փետրվարի տոնական և հիշատակի օրերը
SOCIETY«Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքի 2.1 հոդվածի համաձայն, փետրվարի 21-ին նշվում է Մայրենի լեզվի օրը:
Նույն օրենքի 2.2 հոդվածը սահմանում է, որ փետրվարի 28-ը Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ում կազմակերպված ջարդերի զոհերի հիշատակի և բռնագաղթված հայ բնակչության իրավունքների պաշտպանության օրն է:
