«Փետրվարի 6-ին նախկին ռազմագերին և հայրենիքի համար կռիվ տված զինծառայողը ազատ կարձակվի։
Այս կարևոր որոշումը կայացրեց դատավոր Արղամանյանը», - գրել է փաստաբանը:
Հիշեցնենք,որ նոյեմբերի 26-ին ադրբեջանական գերությունից հայրենադարձված ենթասպա Արեն Արամյանը դեկտեմբերի 6-ին ձերբակալվել էր ՔԿ-ում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, ապա՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը մեղադրանք է առաջադրել և կալանավորման միջնորդություն ներկայացրել, ինչը Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Արղամանյանը բավարարել է։
Արեն Արամյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 365-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ մարտական հերթապահության կամ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնները խախտելը, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ։
