Ընդդիմությունից պահանջում եմ նորմալ խորհրդարանական աշխատանք

Սերժ Սարգսյանը հունվարի 28-ին այցելել էր Սարդարապատ և այնտեղից ազդարարել է, որ հանգամանալից խոսելու է:
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Հայկ Սուքիասյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե ո՞րն է լինելու երրորդ նախագահի ասելիքը` քաղաքագետն ասաց․ «Այդ մարդիկ, երբ ուզեցել են ինչ-որ բան խոսել, իրենց ապագա ելույթի շուրջ ստեղծել են խորհրդավորություն, բայց ասուլիսներից հետո տեսնում ես, որ տակը ոչինչ չկար՝ ո՛չ պետության զարգացման մասին խոսք կա, ո՛չ բանակի արդիականացման, ո՛չ տնտեսության զարգացման մասին, միայն գործող իշխանությանը քննադատում, վերջացնում են։ Վայրի ընտրության մասով․ հիմա նա Հայաստանի թուլացած մարմնի վրա ուժ ու հերոսականություն է ուզում ցույց տալ, բայց լավ կլինի, որ իրենք մեր ժողովրդին բացատրեն, թե ինչո՞ւ են բոլոր ժամանակներում Սարդարապատի հուշով ապրող այդ նախագահները միշտ բանակցել, որ յոթ շրջաններ պիտի հանձնեն, ինչո՞ւ է Հայաստանի բանակում կոռուպցիա եղել, ինչո՞ւ բանակում գեներալիտետի մի հատվածը կապ չունի այդ պաշտոնի հետ, ինչո՞ւ է եղել անիրավված պետություն, ու այդ անարդարությա հիմքի վրա ինչո՞ւ եղավ հեղափոխություն։ Թող նրանք դրա մասին խոսեն, իսկ մնացածը սոփեստություն, բացարձակ դեմագոգիա է, նրանց արածի տակ բովանդակություն չկա»։
Հարցին, թե խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունից ի՞նչ աշխատանքներ է սպասում քաղաքագետն ասաց․ « Ընդդիմությունից պահանջում եմ նորմալ խորհրդարանական աշխատանք, ոչ այն այլանդակությունը, որը կա՝ անընդհատ դեմագոգիա, անընդհատ կռվի հրահրում։ Պետության զարգացման վերաբերյալ որևէ քննարկում չկա, օրինակ՝ ժամանակին Հնդկաստանը, Իրանը հետաքրքրություն ցուցաբերեցին Մեղրիի նկատմամբ, տեսե՞լ եք մի անգամ այդ մասով ընդդիմությունը քննարկում կազմակերպի, արտաքին գործերի նախարարին հրավիրի, քննարկեն հարցը»։
