Ռուսաստանի հետ սահմանին էսկալացիայի մակարդակն այժմ ավելի բարձր չէ, քան անցյալ տարվա սկզբին էր, հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։ Նա ուրբաթ օրը՝ հունվարի 28-ին, օտարերկրյա լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը գնահատել է ռուսական ներխուժման սպառնալիքի հետ կապված իրավիճակը։

«Այսօր մենք չենք տեսնում ավելի մեծ էսկալացիա, քան նախկինում էր, այո, զինվորականների թիվն ավելացել է, բայց ես այս մասին խոսել եմ 2021 թվականի սկզբին, երբ խոսում էին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զորավարժությունների մասին: Այն ժամանակ եղավ մեծ ավելացում (ռուսական զորքերի), հետո մեզ աջակցեցին ԱՄՆ-ն ու եվրոպացի գործընկերները։ Նրանք կոչ են արել Ռուսաստանին դուրս բերել զորքերը։ Հիմա իրավիճակն ավելի լարված չեմ համարում, քան ռուսական զորավարժությունների գագաթնակետին էր։ Այն ժամանակ էլ այն շատ սուր էր։ Բայց այն ժամանակ նման տեղեկատվական քաղաքականություն չկար։ Ես խոսել եմ ԱՄՆ նախագահի հետ, որ այս քաղաքականությունը պետք է հավասարակշռված լինի։ Թող լրագրողները գնան Կիև, մեզ մոտ իսկապե՞ս տանկեր են գնում փողոցներում... Եթե Ուկրաինայում չես, ուրեմն տպավորություն է ստեղծվում... Դա այդպես չէ, մեզ այս խուճապը պետք չէ.»,- ասել է նա։

Զելենսկին հայտարարել է, որ արբանյակային պատկերները հնարավություն չեն տալիս գնահատելու ռուսական զորքերի կուտակումը:

«Եթե դուք տեսնում եք միայն արբանյակային տեղեկատվություն, կարող եք, օրինակ, տեսնել զորքերի թվի աճ, բայց չեք կարող ճշգրիտ գնահատել. սա զորքերի ավելացում է, սա վախեցնելու փորձ է, սա հարձակում է կամ սա զորքերի հերթափոխ է, այսինքն՝ մեր մասնագետներն ավելի խորն են գնահատում այս իրավիճակը, և երբեմն տեսնում ենք, որ մարդիկ իրենց հագուստն են փոխում, երբեմն տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես են մարդիկ եկել և վրաններ տեղադրել՝ ցույց տալու, որ մի քանի բրիգադներ են եկել սահման, իսկ հետո տեսնում ենք, որ այս վրաններում կյանք չկա, այսինքն՝ մարդկանց թաքուն դուրս են հանել։ Այսինքն՝ հոգեբանական նարատիվ է գնում, օրինակ, Ռուսաստանից և անջատողականներից՝ հոգեբանական, ահաբեկում։ Դա տեղի է ունենում շատ հաճախ»,- ասել է նա։
