2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ից մինչ օրս հայկական բանակում զոհվել է 43 զինծառայող

«Հայաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը թաքցնում է բանակում զոհերի թիվը։ Հունվարի 12-ին Irakanum.am-ը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին, խնդրելով տրամադրել տեղեկատվություն այն մասին, թե 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումից հետո հայկական բանակում քանի զոհ է եղել։ Հարցմամբ խնդրել էինք նշել, թե քանիսն են զոհվել հակառակորդի կրակոցից, և քանիսը՝ միջանձնային ու այլ պատճառներով։
Միաժամանակ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից հարցրել էինք, նույն ժամանակահատվածում որքա՞ն տարածք է զիջվել թշնամուն հայկական կողմից։
Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից, սակայն հրաժարվել են պատասխանել գրավոր հարցմանը։ Գերատեսչությունը հղում է արել «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» 8-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետին և ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարի 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 9-ի N9 հրամանի հավելվածի 1-ի 42-րդ և 55-րդ կետերի պահանջներին։
Irakanum.am-ը գրավոր հարցում ուղարկեց նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե։ Կոմիտեի ղեկավար Արգիշտի Քյարամանին ուղղված հարցմամբ խնդրել էինք տրամադրել տեղեկություն այն մասին, թե 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ պայմանագրի ստորագրումից հետո հակառակորդի կրակոցից զոհված քանի զինծառայողի գործով է հարուցվել քրեական գործ, բացի այդ տրամադրել տեղեկություն այլ պատճառներով բանակում արձանագրված մահերի գործով հարուցված քրեական գործերի վերաբերյալ։
Կառույցից ի պատասխան մեր հարցման հայտնել են, որ թե 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ պայմանագրի ստորագրումից հետո Կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ստորաբաժանումների քննիչների վարույթում հակառակորդի կողմից հայ զինծառայողների սպանության դեպքերով հարուցվել է 13 քրեական գործ։ Նույն ժամանակահատվածում այլ պատճառներով արձանագրված 27 զինծառայողի մահվան դեպքերով հարուցվել է քրեական գործեր, իսկ 3 զինծառայողների մահվան դեպքերի վերաբերյալ (հիվանդության հետևանք) նախապատրաստված նյութերով քրեական գործ հարուցելը մերժվել է։
Մենք նաև խնդրել էինք տրամադրել տեղեկություն այն մասին, թե նշված ժամկետում քանի զինծառայող է կալանավորվել։ Ի պատասխան հայտնել են, թե Կոմիտում այդ մասով հաշվառումներ չեն իրականացվում։
Նշենք, որ միայն հունվար ամսին հայկական բանակում 4 զինծառայող է զոհվել։ Նրանցից երեքը՝ հունվարի 11-ին, թշնամու կրակոցից։ Եվս մեկ զինծառայողի մահվան մասին ՊՆ-ն հայտնել էր հունվարի 4-ին»։
