ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը նշում են կազմավորման 30-րդ տարեդարձը
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը հունվարի 28-ին նշում է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 30-րդ տարեդարձը:
ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կազմավորումը համընկնում է 1992-1994 թթ., երբ արդեն անկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հետ, գտնվելով չհայտարարված, բայց փաստացի պատերազմի մեջ Ադրբեջանի հետ, միաժամանակ ձեռնամուխ եղավ նաև ազգային բանակի ստեղծմանը: Հայկական բանակի ստեղծման հարցում, սակայն, վճռորոշ դեր խաղաց 1990-ի անկախության հռչակագիրը, որով ազդարարվեց Հայաստանի փաստացի անկախությունը և որով նոր իրավական և գործնական հեռանկարներ բացեց ազգային բանակի ստեղծման հարցում:
1992թ. հունվարի 28-ին կառավարությունը ընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության նախարարության մասին» պատմական որոշում` դրանով իսկ իրավականորեն ազդարարելով Հայոց Ազգային բանակի ստեղծումը: 1992թ. մայիսին պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սկսեց առաջին զորակոչը հանրապետության տարածքում` հիմք դնելով բանակը ժամկետային զինծառայողներով համալրելու կայուն ավանդույթին:
Հայաստանի երրորդ Հանրապետության բանակի կազմավորումն անցել է մի քանի փուլերով: Առաջին փուլը տևել է 1988թ. փետրվարից մինչև 1992թ. մայիս: Այս ժամանակաշրջանում ղարաբաղյան շարժման ակտիվացման և հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների ծայրաստիճան սրման պայմաններում Հայաստանի և Արցախի բնակչության ռազմական անվտանգության ապահովումը դարձավ ավելի քան հրատապ։
Երկրորդ փուլը տևել է 1992թ. հունիսից 1994թ. մայիս։ Այս ժամանակաշրջանում Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունները ենթարկվում էին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ագրեսիայի թիրախում։
Երրորդ փուլը սկսվել է 1994թ. հունիսից և շարունակվում է մինչ այսօր։ Այս ժամանակաշրջանում զգալի աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել բանակաշինության, զորքերի մարտունակության բարձրացման, կարգապահության ամրապնդման, սպայական ու ենթասպայական, ինչպես նաև պայմանագրային անձնակազմի պատրաստման ու վերապատրաստման, բանակ-հասարակություն հարաբերություններում որոշակի առաջընթացի ապահովման ուղղությամբ։ 1990թ. սեպտեմբերին կազմավորվեց Երևանի հատուկ գունդը, իսկ Արարատում, Գորիսում, Վարդենիսում, Իջևանում, Մեղրիում ձևավորվեցին հինգ վաշտեր։ 1991թ. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ ստեղծվեց Նախարարների խորհրդին առընթեր Պաշտպանության պետական կոմիտե։
ՀՀ զինված ուժերում զորակոչը նախատեսված է 18-27 տարեկան արական սեռի ներկայացուցիչների համար՝ 2 տարի ժամկետով, որը կարգավորվում է ՀՀ զինապարտության մասին օրենքով։
