Բայդենին առողջական պատճառներով իմփիչմենթ են կանխատեսել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՆոյեմբերի միջանկյալ ընտրություններից հետո ԱՄՆ Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը կարող է կորցնել իր աննշան մեծամասնությունը Կոնգրեսի երկու պալատներում։ Այս մասին «Լենտա»-յին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Մոսկվայի Ամերիկյան համալսարանի նախագահ, քաղաքագետ Էդուարդ Լոզանսկին։
Մասնագետը նշել է, որ դա կբարդացնի առանց այն էլ բարդ իրավիճակը, որում հայտնվել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը՝ իր քաղաքականության նկատմամբ աճող դժգոհության պատճառով։ «Եթե դա տեղի ունենա [Կոնգրեսում մեծամասնության կորուստը դեմոկրատների կողմից], ապա գրեթե անմիջապես իմփիչմենթի փորձեր կսկսվեն, այդ թվում՝ որպես պատրվակ օգտագործելով առողջական պատճառներով նախագահի գործառույթները կատարելու անկարողությունը»,- կանխատեսել է Լոզանսկին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ փոխնախագահ Քամալա Հարիսը ոչնչով չի կարողանա օգնել Բայդենին, քանի որ նրա վարկանիշը նույնիսկ ավելի ցածր է, քան ամերիկացի առաջնորդինը։ Քաղաքագետը հիշեցրել է, որ այս ֆոնին մամուլում նույնիսկ շահարկումներ եղան Հիլարի Քլինթոնի՝ մեծ քաղաքականություն հնարավոր վերադարձի մասին։ Բացի այդ, քննարկվում է մի սցենար, որով Դոնալդ Թրամփը կկարողանա ընտրվել ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում, որտեղ նա հետագայում կզբաղեցնի խոսնակի պաշտոնը՝ դառնալով երկրի երրորդ դեմքը։
Ըստ Pew Research-ի հարցման՝ Բայդենի հավանության վարկանիշը նվազել է մինչեւ 41 տոկոս: Բացի այդ, Morning Consult-ը հետազոտություն է ներկայացրել, ըստ որի Բայդենը դարձել է ԱՄՆ-ի պատմության մեջ երկրի ամենաոչ պոպուլյար նախագահներից մեկը։ Վստահության անկումը տեղի է ունեցել գործազրկության աճի, գնաճի եւ առողջապահական ազգային համակարգի վատ վիճակի ֆոնին COVID-19 համավարակի ժամանակ:
