ՊՆ-ն հաստատել է. նոյեմբերի 12-ին զինծառայող է անհետացել
SOCIETYՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ հաստատել է, որ զինծառայող է անհետացել:
«Մեկ է՝ մի բան լավ չեմ հասկանում։ Նոյեմբերի 12-ին Նախիջևանի հետ սահմանագծին պայմանագրային զինծառայող է անհետանում (Վահե Մանուկյան)։ ՊՆ-ն այդ մասին որևէ տեղեկություն չի հայտնում։ Ես այդ մասին իմանում եմ Վայոց ձոր կատարած մարզային այցի ժամանակ, այն էլ լրիվ պատահական խոսակցությունից։
Գրություն եմ ուղարկում ՊՆ, երկրորդ փորձից ՊՆ-ն հաստատում է։ Գրություն եմ ուղարկել նաև Քննչական ծառայություն, որտեղից հայտնել են, որ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՔՕ-ի 361 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ Դասալքությունը՝ զինվորական ծառայությունից վերջնականապես խուսափելու նպատակով զորամասը կամ ծառայության վայրն ինքնակամ թողնելը, ինչպես նաև նույն նպատակով ծառայության չներկայանալը», – այս մասին ֆեյսբույան իր էջում գրել է Աբրահամյանը՝ նշելով, թե փորձում է վերլուծել զինծառայողի դրդապատճառները. լրիվ խճճված պատմություն է։
«Պայմանագրային ծառայող է, հերթափոխից հետո իջնելու էր ու 3-ամյա պայմանագրի ժամկետն ավարտվում էր։ Վերջինիս կինը իմ հետ հեռախոսազրույցում նշում է, որ նպատակ են ունեցել ևս մեկ 3-ամյա պայմանագիր կնքել։
Դիրքում, կարծես թե, միջադեպ՝ ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների խախտում չի եղել։ Այսինքն՝ ծառայության հետ կապված խնդիր, կարծես թե, չի եղել։ Միայն հայտնի է, որ ընկերոջը «վեշ» է եկել, վերջինիս ոտքը վնասված է եղել և խնդրել է Վահե Մանուկյանին իջնել ու վերցնել։
Վահե Մանուկյանն իջել է, այդ ընթացքում եղել հարևան հայկական դիրքում, որից հետո իր դիրք վերադառնալուց հետո անհետացել է։
Կորած զինծառայողը ամուսնացած է, ունի երեք երեխա ու նրա դիրքը թողնելու ու որևէ տեղ փախնելու դրդապատճառը չեմ տեսնում։
Ուշագրավ է, որ զինծառայողին վտանգավոր՝ միջդիրքային հատվածում առևանգելու վարկածը չի դիտարկվում, այդպես եմ հասկանում ՊՆ-ից և Քննչականից եկող գրություններից։
Դժվար է ասել, թե իրականում ինչ է պատահել, բայց այս միջադեպի հետ կապված տարօրինակ հանգամանքները չափից շատ են։
Հուսով եմ, որ այս գործի մանրամասները շուտափույթ կպարզվեն, իսկ զինծառայողի գտնվելու վայրն ու անհետանալու հանգամանքները կպարզվի», – նշել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը:
