«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի երեւանյան արյունալի իրադարձությունները բացահայտելու խոստումով իշխանության եկած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կատարում նաեւ իր այդ խոստումը: Դեռ 2018-ից հետո ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով քրեական գործ հարուցեց նախկին պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնցից ոմանք կալանավորվեցին, ավելի ուշ ազատ արձակվեցին: Սակայն ինչպես 10 հոգու սպանությունները, այնպես էլ դրա հրամանը տվողները մինչ օրս չեն բացահայտվել եւ պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվել:

Ավելին՝ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին լուրեր հասան այն մասին, որ այս օրերին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննարկում են «Մարտի 1»-ի քրեական գործով անցնող նախկին պաշտոնատար անձանց ճակատագիրը, բայց ոչ թե մեղադրանքի, այլ վաղեմության ժամկետի հիմքով այդ քրեական գործերը կարճելու կամ դրանք դատարան ուղարկելու վերաբերյալ: Ասել է թե՝ առաջիկայում «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով նախկին պաշտոնատար անձանց մեղադրանք առաջադրելու գործերով որոշումներ են սպասվում:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց նաեւ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեին մեկնաբանության համար, որտեղից խոստացան պատասխանել մեր հարցին այսօր: Նկատենք, որ խիստ հավանական է՝ «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով մեղադրյալների գործերը նույն վաղեմության հիմքով կարճվեն դատարանում արդեն, այսինքն՝ ամեն դեպքում, «Մարտի 1»-ի գործը չի բացահայտվելու:
