Ադրբեջանը նման հայտարարություններ է անում, որովհետև Հայաստանն էլ է տասնյակ տարիներ արել․ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԱնդրադառնալով Ալիևի սպառնալիքներին` Փաշինյանն իր ասուլիս ժամանակ նշեց, որ կուզենար վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանից հնչող հայտարարությունները ընկալելիս որոշ նրբություններ նկատենք և այդ հայտարարությունների մեջ տարբերակենք ռացիոնալ և էմոցիոնալ կողմերը։
«Էս վերջերս մի շատ կարևոր դիտարկում հնչեցրեց մի վերլուծաբան մեր քննարկման ժամանակ։ Ինքը ուշադրություն հրավիրեց մի փաստի վրա, որ Ադրբեջանից շատ հաճախ հնչում են հայտարարություններ, որոնք հայելային են այն հայտարարություններին, որ հնչել են 94 թվականից հետո։ Օրինակ, երբ Ադրբեջանից հնչում է հայտարարություն, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծված է, այդ վերլուծաբանը իմ ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այն փաստի վրա, որ 94 թվականից հետո տասնյակ տարիներ Հայաստանից և Արցախից հնչել են հայտարարույթուններ, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծված է։ Շատ հաճախ հնչել են կարծիքներ, որ Երևանը Ադրբեջանի քաղաք է, էդ վերլուծաբանը ասաց, որ 94 թվականից հետո շատ հայտարարություններ են հնչել, որ Բաքուն հայկական քաղաք է։ Այդ թվում տարբեր քաղաքաների ու տարածաշրջանների մասին, նկատի ունեմ այնուամենայնիվ այդ հայտարարությունների մեջ կուտակված վրեժ կա։ Ռացիոնալ դաշտում էլի խոսք է գնում այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչի, թե չճանաչի Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Այս մասին չի խոսվել և երբեմն այդքան էլ ճիշտ չի ընկալվել այդ խոսակցությունը, բայց պետք է արձանագրենք մի բան, որ ՀՀ օրենսդրության մաս կազմող, Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի մաս կազմող համաձայնագիր կա, որով արձանագրվում է, որ ՀՀ-ն ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և սահմանների անխախտելիությունը և դա վավերականացվել է դեռևս 1992 թվականին։ Նույնկերպ նաև Ադրբեջանն է վարվել։ Խնդիրը հետևյալն է, գիտեք, որ մադրիդյան սկզբունքները բանակցությունների հիմք են դարձել, այդտեղ արձանագրված է մեկ տարածքային ամբողջականության սկբունք, որ երկու կողմն էլ ընդունել են որպես բանակցությունների հիմք։ Նկատի ունեմ, որ դա դե յուրե ՀՀ-ն և Ադբեջանը 1992 թվականից ճանաչել են սահմանների անձեռնամխելիությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ընդ որոում ԱՊՀ-ում գոյություն ունեցող սահմանների շրջանակում»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիր պիտի ստորագրվի անպայման։
