Արցախում ավտովթարի հետևանքով ծանր վնասվածք ստացած երեխան ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղղաթիռով տեղափոխվել է Երևան: Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հայտնել է Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը:
 
«Հունվարի 19-ին Ճարտար քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի հետևանքով չորս երեխա է վնասվածք ստացել, որոնցից երեքը՝ միջին ծանրության, իսկ մեկը՝ ծանր՝ ողնաշարի բարդ կոտրվածքով: Հաշվի առնելով վերջինիս կոտրվածքի բարդությունը ու վտանգավորությունը՝ բժիշկների ցուցմամբ նրան պետք էր տեղափոխել Երևան ուղղաթիռով: ԱՀ կառավարությունը դիմել է ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմին՝ ուղղաթիռի տրամադրման խնդրանքով, որը բավարարվել է նրանց կողմից, սակայն երեկվա վատ եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով թռիչքը տեղի է ունեցել այսօր առավոտյան: Երեխան հիմա գտնվում է Երևանում՝ բժիշկների վերահսկողության տակ: Նրա կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում, սակայն նախատեսվում են ծանր ու բարդ վիրահատություններ, և, հուսանք, կհաջողվի նրա առողջությունը հնարավորինս վերականգնել:
2020թ. պատերազմից հետո սա առաջին դեպքն է, երբ ուղղաթիռի օգտագործման նման հրատապ կարիք է ծագել, և, բարեբախտաբար, հաջողվել է խնդիրը լուծել: Կուզեի հատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմին և հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Անդրեյ Վոլկովին՝ այս մարդասիրական բնույթի սուր խնդիրն արագ ու արդյունավետորեն լուծելու համար: Սա Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների մարդասիրական գործունեության և մեր համագործակցության հերթական օրինակն է»,- գրել է Բեգլարյանը:
