Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն ԱՄՆ-ում հանդիպել է միջազգային կառույցների ղեկավարների հետ
POLITICSԱշխատանքային այցով Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հունվարի 18-ին հանդիպումներ է ունեցել միջազգային կառույցների ղեկավարների հետ: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանը, հայաստանյան ժողովրդավարության առանձնահատկություններին, համապետական եւ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին ու հետընտրական գործընթացներին առնչվող հարցեր:
Ժողովրդավարության ազգային հիմնադրամի (NED) նախագահ Դեյմըն Ուիլսընի հետ հանդիպմանը զրույց է ծավալվել 8-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի աշխատանքների, ինչպես նաեւ մի շարք ոլորտներում նախատեսվող առաջնահերթ օրենսդրական բարեփոխումների շուրջ: ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Դեյմըն Ուիլսընը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի եւ հատկապես ԱԺ-ի հետ նախատեսվող համագործակցության ծրագրային հիմնական ուղղությունները: Այս համատեքստում քննարկվել են ԱԺ-միջազգային կառույցներ-քաղաքացիական հասարակություն համագործակցության ձեւաչափին առնչվող հարցեր: Ամերիկացի գործընկերները կարեւորել են Հայաստանում ազատ մամուլին եւ ժողովրդավարության արժեքներին միտված նախաձեռնությունները՝ նշելով, որ շարունակելու են ծրագրային, մեթոդական եւ այլ աջակցություն ցուցաբերել:
Միջազգային հեղինակավոր մեկ այլ՝ Ազգային ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի (NDI) նախագահ Դերեկ Միթչելի հետ հանդիպման զրույցի հիմնական թեման խորհրդարանում կանանց եւ երիտասարդ քաղաքական գործիչների ընդգրկվածությանն է առնչվել: ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը կարեւորել է NDI-ի խորհրդարանական ծրագրի շրջանակներում քաղաքացիների հետ պատգամավորների կապերի հաստատման եւ քաղաքացիների ներգրավվածության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ NDI-ի խորհրդարանական ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող աշխատանքը: Նրա խոսքով՝ խորհրդարան-ընտրող կապն այդ ծրագրի արդյունքում համակարգվում է: Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են նաեւ NDI-ի կողմից ՀՀ ԱԺ խմբակցություններին, պատգամավորներին, մշտական հանձնաժողովներին եւ ԱԺ աշխատակիցներին օրենսդրական հետազոտությունների, քաղաքացիների ներգրավվածության եւ հաղորդակցության աջակցության հարցերում շարունակական օժանդակությանը:
Միջազգային ժողովրդավարական երկու կառույցների հետ քննարկվել են նաեւ համավարակի եւ հետպատերազմյան իրադրության պարագայում հետագա համագործակցության ոլորտային եւ ծրագրային առանձնահատկությունները:
Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակութունը «Հյումն Րայթս Ուոչ» (Human Rights Watch) կազմակերպության Վաշինգտոնի տնօրեն Սարահ Հոլեվինսկիի հետ քննարկել է Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն առնչվող հարցեր:
