Ադրբեջանական գերությունից վերադարձած և կալանավորված Արեն Արամյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության հարցով միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, նրա ոտքի ամպուտացման վտանգ կա․ պաշտպան

Ադրբեջանական գերությունից վերադարձած և Հայաստանում կալանավորված Արեն Արամյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության հարցով միջնորդություն ենք ներկայացրել դատարան։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նրա պաշտպան Արա Կարապետյանը։

«Առաջին ատյանի դատարան է միջնորդությունը ներկայացվել՝ նոր հանգամանքներ ի հայտ գալու հիմքով։ Մեզ տեղեկացրել են նախաքննության ավարտի մասին։ Բացի այդ երեկ բժիշկները Արեն Արամյանին հայտնել են, որ եթե այսպես շարունակվի, չի բացառվում, որ ամպուտացման գնան։ Լրատվականների և պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի անդրադարձից հետո միայն երեկ և այսօր հետազոտություններ են իրականացրել։ Սպասում ենք նաև բժշկական հետազոտության գրավոր պատասխանները ստանալուն։ Միջնորդել ենք նաև գրավը թույլատրելի ճանաչելու հարցով»,-ասաց նա։

Խափանման միջոցի հարցով միջնորդությունը վաղը ժամը 14։00-ին է քննարկվելու։ Պաշտպանի խոսքով ՝ ակնհայտ է, որ այս պահին զինծառայողի առողջական վիճակը անհամատեղելի է կալանքի հետ, ավելին՝ հղի է ճակատագրական հետևանքներով։ Նրա խոսքով` այժմ Արենը որևէ վերականգնողական բուժում չի ստանում, բացի այդ՝ հոգեբանորեն էլ լավ վիճակում չէ։

Պաշտպանը նշեց, որ կալանքի հիմքեր առկա չեն, գործով անցնող անձանց հետ առերսումներ եղել են, նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, դրա ընթացքին իր պաշտպանյալի կողմից որևէ ձևով խոչընդոտելու փորձ չի եղել։

Հիշեցնենք` դեկտեմբերի 11-ին քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ դիրքի ավագ, կրտսեր սերժանտ Արամյանը ՀՀ վերադառնալուց հետո կալանավորվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 365-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (մարտական հերթապահություն կամ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնները խախտելը, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ) կասկածանքով։ Արեն Արամյանը ադրբեջանցիների կողմից գերեվարվել է նոյեմբերի 16-ին Սյունիքում սկված ռազմական բախումների ժամանակ, իսկ հետո վերադարձվել էր Հայաստան։ Արեն Արամյանը մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում, պաշտպանը  վստահ է, որ նա դատարանում արդարացվելու է, քանի որ փաստեր կան, որ գերեվարվել է ոտքի շրջանում ծանր վիրավորվելուց, ինչպես նաև գլխի շրջանում ստացած  հարվածի հետևանքով ուշաթափվելուց հետո։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Արեն Արամյանը Ադրբեջանում 2 վիրահատության է ենթարկվել, վերադառնալուց հետո կարճ ժամանակ կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալի բժիշկների հսկողության տակ է եղել։
