Օրերս ուժի մեջ է մտնելու որոշումը, ըստ որի՝ հանրային ու ժամանցի վայրեր մուտք գործելու համար պետք է կա՛մ ՊՇՌ թեստի բացասական պատասխան ցույց տալ, կա՛մ պատվաստման հավաստագիր։ Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք հանրային առողջության մասնագետ Դավիթ Մելիք-Նուբարյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Հայաստանի պայմաններում այս որոշումը արդյունավետ կլինի մասնագետն ասաց. «Որոշման տրամաբանության հետ կապված որևէ խնդիր չկա, այսինքն՝ այն ամբողջությամբ հասկանալի և ընդունելի է, որովհետև երկու կարևոր հարց է լուծում։ Առաջինը պաշտպանում է մարդկանց, և սա հատկապես կարևոր է օմիկրոնի պարագայում, որովհետև այն անհամեմատ ավելի արագ է տարածվում։ Եվ երկրորդը, մենք սրանով խթանում ենք պատվաստումները։ Սա դարձյալ օմիկրոն շտամի դեպքում կարևոր է, քանի որ ինչքան էլ պատվաստանյութերի արդյունավետությունը նվազում է, այնուամենայնիվ ամբողջական պատվաստում ստացած մարդը հիվանդության ծանր ընթացքից պաշտպանված է 65 տոկոսով, իսկ բուստեր ստացած անձը՝ 81 տոկոսով։ Բայց մյուս կողմից կա վերահսկողության խնդիրը։ Նախքան որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելը մի քանի օր կա, և շատ կարևոր է, որ այս օրերին որոշում կայացնողները ևս մեկ անգամ գնահատեն՝ ինչպիսի՞ մեխանիզմներով է իրականացվելու վերահսկողությունը։ Այո՛, այդ խնդիրը մենք ունենք, վերահսկողները քիչ են, բայց խնդիրները շատ են։ Պետք է հասկանալ՝ արդյո՞ք իրական կյանքում հնարավոր կլինի վերահսկողություն սահմանել, թե՞ ոչ։ Միգուցե Երևանի կենտրոնում՝ Կասկադի հարակից սրճարաններում հնարավոր լինի դա վերահսկել, բայց Հայաստանը միայն Երևանի կենտրոնը չէ։ Երևանի կենտրոնից դուրս ինչ-որ քաղաքում կամ գյուղական բնակավայրում որքանո՞վ իրատեսական կլինի նման վերահսկողություն սահմանել։ Սա շատ կարևոր հարց է, հատկապես, որ հարսանիքներ են լինում, մեծ միջոցառումներ, պետք է լինելու այդ վերահսկողությունը սահմանել։ Եվ լավ կլինի, որ քանի դեռ ժամանակ կա, ևս մեկ անգամ բազմակողմանի ուսումնասիրեն, որ սա չդառնա թղթի վրա մնացած որոշում»։
