Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնին՝ երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակի առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Ձերդ Գերազանցություն,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյա հոբելյանի կապակցությամբ։

30 տարի առաջ՝ հունվարի 20-ին, մեր պետությունները սկիզբ դրեցին հայ-բրիտանական միջպետական փոխգործակցության և բարեկամ ժողովուրդների միջև սերտ շփումների ամրապնդման գործընթացին՝ հիմնված պատմական առնչությունների, ընդհանուր արժեհամակարգի, գործնական շահերի և փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա։

Այս հոբելյանը կարևոր հանգրվան է՝ արժևորելու երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորված փոխհարաբերությունները, վերաիմաստավորելու համատեղ անցած ճանապարհը և ուրվագծելու համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարները։

Միացյալ Թագավորությունը նորանկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետականաշինության ճանապարհին կարևոր գործընկեր է եղել և այսօր էլ իր ավանդն է բերում մեր երկրում ընթացող ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումներին, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդմանը։

Համոզված եմ, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված հարուստ փորձը լայն հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում հայ-բրիտանական համագործակցության ողջ ներուժի բացահայտման և համապարփակ օգտագործման համար՝ նոր խթան հաղորդելով երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական գործընկերությանը և բարձրացնելով դրանք որակական նոր մակարդակի։ Այս համատեքստում խորհրդանշական եմ համարում առաջիկայում ակնկալվող ՀՀ-ՄԹ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի ամփոփումը, որը նոր որակ կհաղորդի երկկողմ հարաբերություններին։

Լիահույս եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով առաջիկա տարիների ընթացքում կկարողանանք նոր նախաձեռնություններով և ծրագրերով հագեցնել հայ-բրիտանական երկկողմ օրակարգը՝ ի շահ մեր պետությունների և բարեկամ ժողովուրդների։

Ձերդ Գերազանցություն, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ մեզ բոլորիս 30-ամյա հոբելյանի կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով մեր երկրներին հոբելյանական տարեդարձներով լեցուն բեղմնավոր փոխգործակցություն»:
